“Even though it’s almost always busy when I walk into the UPS the employees always have a great attitude and are efficient with moving customers along. They smile and do their best efforts to help customers if anything is wrong. I’ve even called before and the over the phone service is very similar. Although I don’t enjoy dropping off packages, I enjoy the employees attitude and customer service. Today I had Christina and she was very polite, fast and efficient. If I had a reason why I only rated 4 stars instead of 5 I would say hire more people so things move faster !”

“I would say my only problem with this store is the location/parking. Probably not the best place for a UPS store. It is always super busy and almost can never find a parking spot. Other than that, the store and staff it’s self are great!”

“Pak Mail is my go-to for all my company's shipping needs. We send out a hefty amount of packages through them, and they've never let us down. The service is consistent, and what stands out even more is their team - always friendly and eager to assist. If you're looking for reliable shipping with a personal touch, Pak Mail is the spot. Two thumbs up!”

“I had a large item shipped across the country and the team at Pak Mail handled it very professionally, including finding ways to reduce freight costs while making sure my fragile package arrived in perfect condition. Hats off to Calvin and the others who ensured such good results. Would definitely use again.”

“I have been there a number of times and appreciate their service, I feel they are pretty reasonable for the service they provide, there is a very rude guy working there, but most employees are very courteous and helpful. I recommend if you need something packed and shipped.”

“Five Stars - Six Thumbs Up - One Tiny Observation I visited twice within two days, and both experiences left me impressed. The customer service was exceptional—fast, friendly, and efficient, even in a busy environment. What stood out most was the teamwork. Employees genuinely seemed to support one another, stepping in where needed and working together to create a smooth, positive customer experience. That kind of teamwork is refreshing to see and deserves recognition. One small observation from my second visit: professional appearance is part of the customer experience. While everyone was kind, helpful, and respectful, attire that repeatedly exposed the midriff felt a bit more weekend social scene than professional workplace. This is offered as constructive feedback, not criticism of any individual. A more consistent dress standard would better reflect the professionalism the team otherwise demonstrated. Overall, a great experience. Excellent service, excellent teamwork, and a staff that clearly cares about its customers. Five stars, six thumbs up, and my sincere thanks to a team that works well together and makes customers feel welcome. Thank you! Until next visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?????? Thank you for your rsponce. Hmmm…an endorcement of a midriff dominant dress code? Fantastic customer service? All of the above? Professionalism in a box of packaging expertise, boxed up and taped down, secured for shipping. Thank you!”

Thanks again Ricky!!!”

“I was prepared to stand in line for the lunch rush at this location. But I had the place to myself. All my questions and concerns were kindly answered (even when I went back to double-check).”

“We have used the Mailboxforwarding company for quite a few years. Their California location has (largely) excellent service for us in a cost effective manner. That location is now closed, we are hopeful that the Grandville Michigan location will serve us equally well. Hopefully their staffing at the Grandville location has improved greatly since the negative (it concerned me) 2017 review was posted by someone greatly displeased with their services. I will comment again after we determine how well the Grandville location lives up to the excellent service we've received at their California location. We're hoping it's just as good!”
