“This is a great hardware store - the kind every town should have. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful folks. If they don’t have what you’re looking for they’ll know who does. I’m a big time DIYer, and maker of many things. This store has kept a project going or bailed me out when I was short that one part I needed. But they also have a gift side of their store that my wife absolutely loves - the only hardware store she loves to visit. And she takes her friends from out of town to shop there. Unusual kitchen products, nice selection of one of a kind gifts, unique mugs and toys. Worth a visit in this quaint downtown area.”

“We stopped in today pick up bird feed with our granddaughter who enjoys looking at the chicks. The only thing I want to point out is when we picked up a Tootsie Roll Lollipop for my GD, the cashier couldn't scan the barcode, and it took almost 10 minutes to fix.”

“Rusty and a gentlemen came out and spent most of the day probably 5 or 6 hours. They thought it was my pump so they put in a refurbished but look like brand spanking new pump in a 5-in well. The pump was not bad it was the plug the pump was plugged into. But they didn't figure out why it didn't work till after putting in the new pump and wiring and all kinds of stuff. They didn't put my old pump back and they left the new good one in and now they are not charging me. They are a beautiful wonderful Christian family run business. I keep trying to pay them but they won't take any money from me. I'm in tears right now what a blessing.”

“I came in with my dog looking for dog toys. Sam greeted us at the door and offered to show some of the toys she preferred since we both had a tough chewing breed. “Had a wonderful experience. Had to get a batterybfor my RV and wasn't sure what exactly I needed. Andrew E helped me find the right battery and carried it out to my car for me (those things are heavy!). He went over the return policy with me and was very polite the whole time. “As a contractor, I have been to dozens of hardware stores across Canada and the US. I'm used to employees being difficult to find, having a bad attitude or being simply unhelpful. That was not my experience at this Home Depot in Brighton today. Taylor saw I was struggling with heavy plywood sheets and offered to help me and then saved me lots of time by using the panel saw to cut some sheets. He didnt complain and had a great attitude. When I went to pay Kathy also had a good attitude and was very helpful and respectful. Im very impressed by the Brighton Home Depot staff!”
