The store arrangement doesn't make much sense. However if you can't find what you're looking for they'll generally be able to get it for you within a couple of days.”

“I have been a customer of O'Reilly Auto Parts for many years. Most recently I purchased brake pads, rotors, and calipers. Everything I needed was in stock and reasonably priced (based upon prices obtained from two other stores). I was unable to have these installed, as the weather was below freezing, so I needed to return everything I had purchased. The clerk was very understanding, and I was refunded in full with no restocking fee. I will continue to use O'Reilly Auto Parts for any automotive needs.”
