I also took part in their puppy training class for pur newest dog and it was great. Very small class size allowed for idle support and the material you got to take home was great for practicing outside of class.

3022 S Cedar St, LansingI have been going to Elegant Pooch for years. Karen is my #1 go-to groomer, but everyone here is so nice and they all really really love dogs. My havanese came here every month of her eight- year life. She crossed the rainbow bridge a few months ago. I just brought my older dog, Clover, in for the first time for a spa day. She is a lab mix and doesn’t require grooming, but loved to get a bath and all the attention. It was so nice to be back! I highly recommend Elegant Pooch, their facility is very clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly, and my dogs have always loved it there.

While the students sometimes make a little mistake (leaving a curl unclipped, a forgotton toenail or an uneven topknot), they do an awesome bath and a way better groom than I can do. Usually it's perfect!The younger dog is anxious and afraid of new people, but she doesn't have any trouble here amazingly.They are reasonably priced. The facility is clean.Arriving a few minutes early helps the desk agent, the dog, instead of being in a rush.

Staff is so kind, accommodating and they treat every patient like superstars. when I adopted my second baby, they added her to my existing files with zero problems. Dr. Z and Bri are just angels on earth and they treat Lulu and Coco so good. Appointments are straight to the point, exams and tests are super quick and they recommend exactly what your babies need! I had an elderly cat as a patient here for about a year, and while our time together was short, I don't think I could have asked for better catcare, advice, and guidance than what I received from Dr. Robinson.
When I adopt again I'll be sure to be back as my primary care provider. I had a relatively high-needs cat, and the staff here routinely exceeded my expectations and made sure both his and my own needs were met. I appreciated the honestly and flexibility every step of the way. Thank you all!

But what really made it worth a second trip was the staff. Above, and beyond doesn't quite do justice to the service provided. Seriously stop in, and try this place. You won't be disappointed.

The service is always friendly and efficient, usually don't have to wait too long for drinks or food or even being seated. (Depends on day and time obviously) As far as the ambiance goes, it's very lively and fun while also being a comfortable to sit and eat! Lastly, the food here is never not on point, I've never had anything I didn't like from here and am currently craving their rolls! Only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because it's not my preferred restaurant if I'm looking to spend a bit more on a sit down place, but it's next in line!

They even were available for support while settling in and I had some questions about dog behavior. Would highly recommend this shelter. I have gotten a bird from here in the past and he also was a great member of my household.
