But from the time you talk to your rep to the delivery person you can tell these are pros who know how to work for you. And made sure I fully understood everything I got and made sure I had all the correct contact points incase I had any issues. The delivery guy spent nearly an hour going over every in an out of what my chair can do and what o can do with it. I can't express enough how much I appreciate these guys and the life changing equipment to give me my independence back. And their attention to details is in my opinion top tier! Along with the cost of prescription medications. When it involves a pet. I appreciate the owner speaking with me, and understanding my concerns. Also, the store is Amazing!!! If you need anything, and can’t find it at I Pharmacy, they don’t manufacture it.”

“Todd Hobbs is the man! Super professional but yet very personable. Went over everything and made clear sense on all of the features of my new equipment. Much better experience than the last medical equipment facility that I went through (Binsons).”
“I was in desperate need of a 4 wheeled walker. no Binsons locations had any in stock. Called at least 10 other Durable Medical Supply company’s and none had in stock. Med Suppy had them, gave my insurance info with my Doctors. Order. Then we hit a snag. Med supply requested 2 times to get chart notes needed info, I called doctor again. Finally got word from Lana at med supply they got all information they needed and I could pick up or have delivered.I really wrote this review to praise Lana, who kept me in the loop and kept re requesting required chart notes. Management she is a gem, take good care of her. Pleasant as could be!”

I am living proof that National Seating and Mobility are the wheelchair service company to depend on because they have not let me down, not one time since I've been using their service...”

“I did recovery load for JB HUNT appointment time 5am. I called they told me to come and they'll put me in a door but they don't start unloading until 630am. That's what happened I was cool with that. Got unloaded less than 30 minutes dropped trailer in their yard. Best way to get here is by taking McGraw street it will bring you to the end where the building is then take a left then right into the lot. Any other way will take you down residential streets or a low bridge.”

“Diamedical has recently undergone a major transition, and unfortunately, it brought with it a number of challenges—enough to make our company reconsider doing business with them. Communication was lacking, and issues were continuously passed from one department to another with no resolution.
That all changed when I came across Tiffany Barker from the customer service team. Tiffany was responsive, communicative, and willing to help—even when the issue wasn’t within her department. After months of being given the runaround, Tiffany resolved the problem within just a few hours.
