“I bought a key fob replacement from an outside company and was given a lot of places where it could be programmed. No one would program my remote unless I bought one from them. I was referred to Batteries Plus (who was not on the list) and was told they could program the remote. The guy who programmed the remote (sorry, I can't remember his name) was helpful and professional and informed me about the process. It took them about 20 minutes to do the job. He phoned when he was finished. The cost, with tax, came to $90 which I gladly paid to have a fully functional remote.”
“I am leaving a glowing review for this company, even though I didn’t utilize them for repairs. Customer service is just as important as technical service, and they exceeded my expectations in that regard! The screen was shattered/black on my Samsung Galaxy S23, and I called them to see if they were able to do a same-day repair. They didn’t have the part in stock (would have taken 4 days for them to receive it), but they went above and beyond by referring me to a different company that they indicated typically has parts in stock and does good work. They even gave me the phone number and address, since I wasn’t able to do anything but make calls from my phone using Android Auto in my car. The company they referred me to had my new screen on in 1 hour! So again, even though Batteries Plus didn’t do the repair, they get a 5-star rating for being so incredibly helpful. For that, I will think of them for future needs. Thank you!!!”

“I've been a customer at this O'Reilly Auto Parts store since I moved to the Belleville area. This store always has the parts I need, and with the ability to order parts to the store the same day directly from a local warehouse it makes this location one of my favorite auto part stores ever. It's not just the convenience of having access to parts the same day for why I like this location but because of the great and very knowledgeable employees that work here. Without great employees like John and Acie this location would simply be just another auto parts store, employees like them truly make all the difference. I can take my questions here and be confident one of those two can answer my question or point me in the direction to solve my problem. I hope O'Reilly can truly see the worth of having great employees like them around because without them I would have no reason to choose this location over another store.”

“In general this is a pretty good auto parts store that has the parts in stock or will get them in a day or so. what I do not like is they claim they turn rotors but every time I try to get rotors turned either the machine is broken or there's tooling missing or the guy isn't in. so either do the work or take the sign out of the window!”
