He was able to diagnose the issue on my iPhone 11, offered a solid recommendation along with a reasonable price. Finally, he said it would only take a few minutes. He replaced the screen within ten minutes and I was out the door. (Note: My phone also had a crack in the back glass plate. He mentioned it but said the repair was not necessary.) I felt encouraged knowing there was no pressure to add unnecessary services or items. At the end the phone was functional and ready to go. Thank you!

Okay so first it was my first time in the store location and I was waiting patiently while the t mobile team member was helping out someone in front of me. She took her time with this lady just like she took her time with me. “My phone went complete black screen on me the other day. I immediately went to the location nearest to me on Ann Arbor Rd in Plymouth and had THE WORST experience in all my 12 years being a customer.
The next day I visited this location and was assisted my Miz and Ash.
They tried their best to get my phone to power back on but we unsuccessful. At least they tried.
They then explained all my options to me and I ultimately purchased my replacement phone from them instead of the original location.
They made things so easy.
This is NOW my go to location.

“One of the biggest Target around. You usually can find what you are looking for. Usually can find someone to help you and have enough check out lanes open.Good selection of bath bombs, gels, and soaks. Stuff you can't find else where. Large pet department with the cat stuff getting almost the same shelf space which is not the norm. I just wish they had more choices of women's clothing for those of us who prefer a more classic style. While the grocery section is more limited than a regular one, you can at least a few items in category you are looking for. Great place to find cheaper holiday stuff. Always spend TOO much every time I come”
