“Today we purchased several items from the store, including a T-shirt that was displayed with a special discount. After leaving the store and reviewing our receipt, we noticed that the promotional price had not been applied and we were charged the regular amount.
We returned to customer service to clarify the issue. The staff were very polite and attentive. They sincerely apologized for the oversight, quickly corrected the price, and even provided an additional $5 in cash for the inconvenience.

“I shopped here during the day around 2 in the afternoon. It was during the week so I understand they might not expect to be busy. I also understand that covid has everything didn't with schedules for stores. But they literally had every aisle blocked and full of stock carts. There was no way that many carts could be worked at one time effectively. I've worked retail as an employee and manager I just could not see the reasoning. It made shopping very difficult. I mean as far as dollar generals the people are always very nice and every other time it's been fine. But I just didn't understand why they would make shopping almost impossible.”
