I had come in to return an item and mentioned an issue from my previous trip, and instead of offering a quick apology or standard response, Shannon immediately took the time to really listen and understand what happened. She was incredibly kind, patient, and especially thoughtful toward both me and my son.
Shannon went above and beyond by involving Troy, and together they explored multiple solutions to ensure I didn’t miss out on any discounts or coupons. They didn’t settle for the easiest option, they genuinely worked to make things right. At one point, I even felt bad for how much effort they were putting in, but they reassured me with such kindness and professionalism that it was no trouble at all.
This wasn’t just good customer service, it was outstanding. Their teamwork, compassion, and commitment to making sure I left happy made a lasting impression. From couches to lamp .dry foods clothing rugs ,glassware .and crazy good items for that particular season gift .I'm surprised overtime i come here.and rearly leave empty handed .give it a try yourself. “Went looking for a blow up mattress or a fold up bed. To my surprise they didn't have any al air mattresses but did have a fold up mattress ?. Price seemed a little high so I'm going to shop around. The mattress looked comfy.”

Em was my stylist. She listened to exactly what I asked for. I could tell she was skilled with her shears. It put my mind at ease. I'm very happy with my haircut, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

“Love this store! Alot of their stuff is cheap. They have Nike, Adidas, Michael Kors, to Vans and Rebok. There's a huge selection there of shoes clothes and stuff for your place. Lots of parking and the employees are kind and check out moves pretty fast.”

“When one enters a kohls one is immediately transported to ones youth. And of you use your imagination you could imagine spilling out into a mall teeming with hordes of people sharing a retail experienceHowever the mall is across the street and no longer provides this experience. That's why in this town everyone comes here. This has all of the beautiful sameness of the department stores you remember. It has almost anything that you could want. Only with robotic voices that direct you to the register that is currently open.Prices are what you would expect but guess what you can earn Kohl's cash!Definitely a worthwhile department store”
“It's a Wal Mart. Well stocked and clean.
Great place for all your needs. Their pharmacist was terribly rude in one visit. They moved there pick up spot to the north side of the building. There has been some remodeling. Looks good!
Just learned that nowhere in that store accepts Tap To Pay......wonder why?

They are very considerate of allowing customers with e-scooters to bring in shopping with you so that the scooters do not get stolen from anyone.
