“They have nice fresh veggies and fruits , today first time I saw okra ( bhindi) though bit high priced but it’s nice they have them.
Store on West Main is really good though I am not sure of their replenishment times. If we need extra they do get from warehouse especially green veggies.”
“Been using this pharmacy for years... Decent prices on my meds with text updates: when ready, cost and even the occasional shortage. Can't say the same for the Walmart up the street though.
Haven't had any issues with service or staff and generally my scripts are filled quickly supply dependent but that's out of their control (Adderall shortage or special meds not normally stocked).
Would be nice if they were open longer on Saturdays or open half day on Sunday... But there's always Trade-Offs.”

“I have always had a positive customer experience at this pharmacy. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating, but “JK” deserves special recognition. Her compassion and caring are evident when she interacts with customers, plus she has a good sense of humor. I would describe the Woodbridge Pharmacy as being more like an old-fashioned neighborhood drugstore than a big chain pharmacy. You can see they have built relationships with their customers. They greet many by name and seem genuinely interested in their lives. I have witnessed them treat everyone equally well. They give all customers the time and attention they need. They are always willing to listen to questions and concerns regarding insurance issues and do what they can to help. Yes, they can get busy at times and sometimes you may have to wait a bit, but they will give YOU all the time you need when it’s your turn. Good pharmacy. Good people. Clean environment. Competitive prices.”
“My wife was sent home from the ER and a prescription was phoned in. When I called, they were near closing but they could rush fill the prescription but I needed to hurry. I rushed but arrived after closing. The staff were on the way to turn in their registers but one staffer heard my groans of dismay and came back to make sure I got the med. Her name was Alicia and she really was kind and inconvenienced herself to give service that was truly above and beyond. Thank you Alicia and thank you Walmart.”

“Moni was AMAZING!! I had my prescription called in to the CVS on Michigan Ave and the pharmacist told me that he couldn’t fill my prescription and they were going to have to call the doctor in the morning. Then I asked him if I had two prescriptions and he told me there was only one. I called Moni at the Target and she said there were two prescriptions and that she could fill them both for me; it was close to closing time and she called me as soon as they were ready. I will never go to a different Kalamazoo CVS...this one has my business forever. Thank you!”

“I just got my test results back for my thyroid. My entire life I have struggled to barely maintain. My medication made me sick. My doctor didn't take me serious. I felt like I was constantly in a state of borderline heart attack. It was miserable. After multiple ER trips and getting incredibly frustrated and losing hope with my medical team, I switched pharmacies. I called you guys and asked you to transfer everything to you. A little while later I spoke with the pharmacist on the phone. She noticed my allergies and the medicine I was taking had a filler in it that contained my allergen. Within an hour she had approval from my doctor to change my medication to something she felt was more appropriate.
After 35 years of never feeling good and not even knowing it. I finally have near normal levels. I have lost 50 pounds without any change. The swelling in my face is almost gone. I have a job I love. I have a good relationship with my family now.
Ma'am, I wish I knew your name. You saved my life. You were THE ONE PERSON that caught the issue. The one person that said something and took the time to be thorough. You are a blessing and the world is a better place with you in it. Thank you for what you did for me. That day, just over a year ago, you were the advocate I desperately needed.”

I have a rare autoimmune disease and can depend on them to have my RX filled every single time on time. Moe is friendly, knowledgeable and since it’s a small local small pharmacy, they pay attention to possible contradictions when a new med comes your way. I’m so glad I switched.”
