“My husband, daughter and I went there for lunch one day when we were just taking a drive. Daughter and I both had gorditas and they were delicious. My husband had pollo tacos and we all had beans and rice. The beans and rice were the best I've ever had, I could have skipped everything else and just had a couple of bowls of that. I shopped the little store after and got some goodies for the grandkids and a bag of Ohos De Buey, a bullseye type pastry, to take home. We are definitely going there again, although they are an hour away.”
“This store looks so good! The people are so nice! I was dreading going in because last year this location was such a mess- boxes so thick you couldn’t get down the isles, while the shelves were bare. Now it looks great!”
“My boyfriend and I visited the area from Chicago, and we decided to take a chance on the pizza. We were pleasantly surprised! We went with the thin crust, and it was cracker thin, similar to Pat's back home. The sauce was sweeter than we're used to, but it was also bright and tangy and delicious! I had just a cheese pizza and thought it was perfect, and my boyfriend got sausage, bacon, and onion on his, which he then added hot honey to. We both highly recommend giving the pizzas here a try whenever you are nearby and a craving hits! Also, we recommend getting ice cream here. Both the scoops and soft serve creations are delicious. We'd love to see them expand their offerings at the walk-up window to include coffee and some baked items for a grab and go breakfast, which is the only thing that's missing here. We're already looking forward to coming back on our next trip. ?”
“If you're visiting Pentwater, you can save yourself a trip into Ludington for the "big" stores there. This Dollar General has everything. Great store and terrific employees.”

“Nice new dollar general. The staff are friendly and super helpful. There's an older gentleman there who was very attentive and helped me out a bunch while I was there. I was just passing through but he went out of his way to help me and definitely left an impression. Keep up the good work guys and thanks for all you're doing during the pandemic!”

“Fresh produce and cold food is the newest addition to this store. Employees are super friendly! They are open until 11pm which isn't common for any small town store. Well stocked and they have a little bit of everything for everyone.”
“I give em 5 stars considering how little the workers are paid. I think they do an amazing job. The cashier has to stock the shelves, sweep, and mop all WHILE trying to run the register...can you imagine? I give them props for even taking the job”

“Owners and Staff are very friendly and helpful. They double checked to make sure my order was what I was expecting and was very quick for how busy they are. Items in store are all fair value for location and had odds and ends needed in a pinch (bolts and washers). Their branded merchandise looked high quality and well designed. Definitely making it a regular lunch stop for us when we come up to visit the Bosco sticks are amazing!”
