Bought a gently used Galaxy S10 from Khalid he helped me buy placing a screen protector on my new phone as a new customer. The price is competitive, but the warranty helps most. Because that in itself helps me know that I can add my phone provider to this phone! Just bought a marketplace phone for $70 and it wasn’t supported by my service. Ughh! Come be a new customer.”

I've been to many different locations over the years and so many just rip you off, you're stuck waiting forever, they're constantly trying to upsell, etc. At this location they are totally up front, they tell you exactly how much everything is, which matches the listed prices, there's no hidden unpleasant surprises - they tell you the activation price, phone, service, etc. Not only that, they always let me know when there's a promotion that's applicable, and I've gotten some great deals. I want to take a moment to recognize the head manager and the tall young manager who helped my best friend and me during our recent visit. They were absolutely incredible — truly going above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of before we left the store.
Their level of customer service was exceptional — patient, kind, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to meet employees who care that much about their customers, and they both truly deserve a raise for the outstanding job they do.
Honestly, if they don’t get a raise, they should have their own business because they are that good! It’s clear they’re working with passion and purpose — I’m so grateful for the help they provided.

Originally went to the location on wayne road but the guy at the store seemed very off putting and when I mentioned what I was looking for he seemed as if he didn't want to be bothered so we left. Went to this inkster location and Q was so amazing. He was very patient and so kind to me, my brother and my lil daughter. My brother was so happy and so was I. “Layth is seriously the best! I was in MI for vacation and my phone broke completely. Since I work from my phone it was imperative that I get a new one STAT! I must also mention I was looking to get out of my Tmobile plan, so Layth took the reigns and totally took care of me. In a matter of 30 minutes, had me signed up with a new Sprint plan with 2 brand new iphones, screen protectors.. the works! This plan is the same price as I currently pay except I didn't have all the bells and whistles like FREE HULU! I called to thank Layth later for making this all a very painless and fast process. He told me I also received 2 $100 gift cards for switching. I am very happy with my service at this location and would recommend that anyone who is having phone trouble or needing to get on a new or cheaper plan.. GO HERE!!!! They will take care of you.
