“Best mechanic I've ever had. Don't even want to leave this review so they don't get really busy, but they deserve it. This shop has never given me bad news, only good. My most recent visit, I had a horrible noise coming from the PTU for my Flex. The PTU is a known problem on these vehicles, and I expected a 2-3k repair. Dropped it off so they could figure out the exact replacement PTU and call me with final price. They call me, and let me know I had a failed exhaust flex pipe causing the noise and reduced power. They can have it fixed for a quarter of the original expected price. I was set up hook, line and sinker for being scammed and over paying, and they were honest and saved me money. Which they have done everytime I have brought a vehicle here. Cannot recommend them enough.”

They took the time to diagnose any issues I’ve had with my car, worked with CarShield and SilverRock which is a whole other beast in itself. They called me with updates and explained what was going on; even apologized when things took longer than expected, and it wasn’t their fault - it was a matter of waiting for a response from the extended warranty company.
