“Had the pleasure of working with Evan today. He was so helpful in getting me set up with a new phone and number. He sold me on a case and glass setup and even offered me a discount on a speaker. I've been looking at other carriers but he really sold me on cricket and offered help anytime I ever need it. Midland Cricket Rocks!! Thanks again Evan if you see this.”

“This Verizon store is excellent! I can't say enough good things about Jacob. He spent nearly an hour and a half with my husband and me, carefully going through our family plan, explaining our bill, helping us get a new phone, and walking me through how to apply for the nursing discount to save money on our monthly bill. His patience, knowledge, and genuine desire to help made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy. We never felt rushed, and he made sure all of our questions were answered before we left. Thank you, Jacob, for going above and beyond. Outstanding customer service like yours is hard to find, and we truly appreciate everything you did for us!”

“I was so happy to travel a hour and a half for the outstanding prices available to me. Just one Prescription I saved $220.00. Their prices for prescriptions are far cheaper then I can get in Tawas, MI. The rest of the stores merchandise was reasonably priced also. Plus the employees were so sweet. And were so quick to fill my prescription order. I will go back .”

“I had a GREAT experience with the pharmacy today. I drove straight there from Urgent Care (3minute drive). At the window I said that I would be shocked if you had my rx ready already. She checked, said that they just received it (electronically), but could probably have it ready in 10 minutes. I don't think it was even two full minutes! Great/fast service and this was NOT an emergency drug that I needed.”

“It was really fun me and my friends went at 10:30pm and got sandwiches and I bought a lottery ticket from the guy who described his body as being like "Winnie the Pooh" and my friend bought a lottery ticket too (it was the Goosebumps one) and we went home and scratched them off and I won 10 dollars and my friend broke even so we drove back in anticipation to see the "Winnie the Pooh" guy again but he wasn't there because it was 11:05pm and we got mad. 5/5 would use again and the "Winnie the Pooh" guy was really funny.”

“I have been a customer of Verizon for around 20 years now. Never had a problem but my phone and services originated in Saginaw at the time because there were no Verizon stores here in Midland. I am stunned that there are so many negative reviews on the Midland store but I am really not that surprised. My guess is there is a high turnover of floor staff so the people in the store really do not care as they are in-between waiting for a better job to come up. I must also concede that I have had less than stellar experience with this store. I fault the district manager for not being on top of this and I would think Verison Corporate would be quickly engaged in getting this store on the right path. My experience with this particular store is not as bad as the others listed but enough so that I could only give a 4 star rating. Buyer beware.”
