“I recently upgraded to an S24. Jacob was great from the start to the finish. He is very knowledgeable about all their products and plans. He told me all the information regarding the upgrade and then let me decide when was best for me to make the upgrade. I really appreciate his knowledge and straight forward approach. I don't feel like I was "sold" into something I did not want. When I got my new phone, he spent nearly an hour with me ensuring everything transferred over from the old phone. Jacob is my "go to" guy there. He is an asset to the company.”

“Collin had some serious customer service skills he multi tasked getting me and my girlfriends phone setup while dealing with a angry woman complaining about her phones battery and he kept his calm and got her and mine problems settled he's a true worker and definitely needs to see some of the praise idk about you but I don't think I would have even handled that calmly like he did.”

“This review is solely for your amazing wonderful staff! I live in Nashville, TN and my mom lives in Midland, MI. I have been searching high and low for one toy and it happened that there was in stock in Midland. So I called this morning and spoke with Aaron in the toy department. He searched and enlisted others to look for it and they FOUND it!! He put it at the customer service desk with a hold for my mom to pick up. He made one little boy's Christmas wish come true. “I have been a customer of Verizon for around 20 years now. Never had a problem but my phone and services originated in Saginaw at the time because there were no Verizon stores here in Midland. I am stunned that there are so many negative reviews on the Midland store but I am really not that surprised. My guess is there is a high turnover of floor staff so the people in the store really do not care as they are in-between waiting for a better job to come up. I must also concede that I have had less than stellar experience with this store. I fault the district manager for not being on top of this and I would think Verison Corporate would be quickly engaged in getting this store on the right path. My experience with this particular store is not as bad as the others listed but enough so that I could only give a 4 star rating. Buyer beware.”
