“I was able to bring my badly deer damaged truck right in. They started the estimating/insurance process immediately. Worked as quickly as they could as the authorizations appeared and the parts started coming in. Walked me through the process, explained very carefully what my options were. Didn't mind when I would stop in every few days to check on the patient! Great job when it was finished, better than before the accident! Replaced the entire front of the truck, freshening every visible part. Given the amount of damage, I believe they wrapped it up in a very reasonable amount of time. I opted for some OEM upgrades my insurance wouldn't allow and had them do another unrelated repair from a previous incident since I was there. Plan to drive that truck until my son takes my keys away!”

I made the foolish decision to purchase at the Graff Nissan in Okemos. Our Power Seat motor went out, with my wife 35 weeks pregnant. Graff in Okemos told me they don't even run diagnostics over a week after they take the customers vehicle and I drilled him on why he runs his Service Center in such a disorganized manner, unable to deal with confrontation he hung up on me.
I called Jackson Nissan and explained my situation, they had my vehicle in the next day, and parts ordered and fixed two days later.
In this economy Service is probably the most important thing for a company to survive.
They took care of my family, they didn't ask me for a review but this is well deserved.

“The folks here have always taken good care of us, been coming here for about 5 years. This time it turned out to be a loose wire connection. They told me about another part that sounds off and may be going, but didn't try to make me get it done today, and I only had to pay for the diagnostic (which was totally reasonable for a few hours of them looking into an unknown electrical issue and making sure there wasnt anything else causing the intermittent shorts)”

“Not happy with this dealership. Not Happy with the sales person I delt with. Paid to have tires rotated and on bill mechanic said tires didn't need rotating. I rotate my tires every 6 or 7 thousand miles but they figured they didn't need it. My issues have been resolved. The service people could not have been any nicer. Will continue to have my car serviced at this dealership.”
“I purchased a 2005 Dodge Dakota SLT from Jackson Auto Company and worked with Jeff, Don, and Linda. They made buying the vehicle a smooth experience and the negotiations were definitely in my favor. I couldn’t have found a better place to buy a vehicle. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.
When I got the vehicle home, I found some issues. Even though it was sold "as is," Jackson Auto Company still stepped up and took care of everything at no charge. I was shocked by their service. They had me take the vehicle to their sister company, Jackson Auto Service, where I worked with Ben and Crystal, who were also amazing.
Finding a vehicle I liked was a dream come true. Both Jackson Auto Company and Jackson Auto Service helped resolve the issues, and I don’t know what else to say but definitely amazing company. “Stockbridge Auto care is the best place to get your care worked on! They are knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and great to work with. I ran over a rock and tore up the underside of my new car. I was so upset and couldn’t believe I didn’t see the rock. Josh was great and put the vehicle up so I could take the photos for the insurance adjuster. Unfortunately the pictures were not good enough to show the complete damage and I received a check for about a third of the total cost. Josh went ahead and ordered the parts and did the work, fixed my car, without payment, waiting for my insurance to pay. Josh held the drive shaft and catalytic converter and exhaust so I could take pictures and send them to USAA to get the correct amount of money to pay the bill. I have my dream car back good as new, the car I waited my whole life to own. Thank you soooo much! You are awesome!”
“A couple months ago, Ken fixed my exhaust on my 2007 Subaru Forester for the SECOND time after the darn thing busted a hole in the winter. I live right up the street from this place and each time I have gone to him not only has he priced his work incredibly reasonably, but he cuts the bullshit out and does exactly what needs to be done. All of his repairs have stood the test of time!
Ken himself is an extremely polite guy, even offered to show me the amazing Volkswagens he was building (they are badass).
My brother recently mentioned some issues with his exhaust and I have reccommended he take his truck here. I am more than condifent in Ken's hospitable approach to his work and honest pricing. This guy deserves every dollar he earns.”

“We needed a couple trailers looked over at an off site location in Jackson MI. I usually search reviews before hand and felt comfortable calling 145. We are out of state, so I gave detailed information, verified payments accepted and followed-up with a detailed e-mail on what was needed. They sent a mechanic out ASAP, one was able to get going with a driver the second one needed to go to the shop. after about a week the trailer had not been moved to the shop yet and I called another local transport company to move it. after about 4 days in the shop it was ready to go. Rob is a busy guy but happy with the fair pricing for services provided. Everyone I spoke with when calling in was pleasant.”
