“I’ve visited the store several times for simple needs like paying a bill or purchasing a phone case, and I’ve always been very satisfied with the service. Recently, after upgrading our phones, AT&T failed to send a shipping label for one of the devices. After multiple unsuccessful calls to the provided support numbers, I came into the store for help.
Allen was extremely helpful—he guided me through the necessary steps, spoke directly with customer service to clarify the issue, and ensured the shipping label was emailed to me. He also printed two copies of the label, one for the package and one for our records, in case any issues arise.”

“I went there to bring my phone over to metro. I had my account number and transfer pin. The account was already closed , so I was told I couldn't do it the account had to be still active. I said that's unacceptable as I'm not going through and changing my number with all my contacts. I went to a different metro pcs store and Bam I bring my phone and number over to metro. So I'm glad I didn't listen to her. She wasn't mean or rude about it, however she's been misinformed and if i had listened I would've l9st my phone number! That's why 4 stars and not 5”
“Went in with granddaughter to transfer our phones from Verizon to Tmobile. Did not get the man’s name but very disinterested in helping. Gave me a new phone # for my phone , very hurriedly brushed us off. Didn’t understand the details fully, went back in the next day even worse. Same Arabic man again was worthless. If u have people in your store that hate the job job that much tell them to move along. Found another store with the most helpful people ever.”

“I’ve been coming to this location for 4 years; And I must say out of all my 45 years of living, London Lamour Is Superior; She is the best damn thing that has happened for this location; From the way she talks to her staff to the way she treats her customers; She’s thorough and passionate. You can truly tell, She love what she does; It’s definitely an experience once you walk through those doors. She got me and my family into fully protected phones , from cases and screen protectors, to fully insuring our phones with the cricket protect plus plan; At a great price.
