Chase assisted me with everything taking almost 2 hours of his time to get me squared away while still assisting other customers at the same time. “I went to the South Lyon location looking for assistance with a new phone and plan. Andrew helped me with both, explaining everything with patience and kindness. A few days later my new phone arrive and Erica configured my new phone, spending a lot of time with me. She is very kind, patient and pleasant!! I also met George, a very sweet young man who assisted me as well. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service at this location. I would highly recommend them. “Yesterday I went into the White Lake location I needed to buy a new phone. I was worried that I didn't have enough time to get a get a new phone because 8 mouths ago I got one and it took an hour and a half to get it. So I went into the store told Marissa my situation told her I had to be to work in less then an hour can u help me. Marissa had me done fully setup in 35 minutes. The customer service is amazing. “Excellent experience this evening. Had an iPhone 12 Pro Max to trade in. Both of the employees who helped us were very helpful. I had many questions and a couple complicated requests, everything was answered or fixed by the team. Ended up trading in the 12 for a 15 Pro Max, the team set up the new phone, put the screen and camera protectors on for me, and got my phone completely ready. I was able to use my phone as I walked out the door!Highly recommend this location!!PS- Bonus: if you need to wait for your data to be transferred or family to make a purchase they have a couple comfy chairs and direct tv set up. :)”
“I recently purchased a HDB8X for OTA Television. I am so pleased with the setup. The Antenna is manufactured sturdily built, simple to put together and Install. I was only receiving about 20 Channels with my previous setup. I also purchased a Winegard LNA-200 and Coax. Now I receive 73 Channels. I'm ecstatic, It's just put together on the tower not even erected to highest point. Wow!! Once the installation is raised and rotatable I expect I will get even more stations.”
“I don’t like writing reviews or being asked to do them because most are disingenuous or not helpful, so I’m doing this one on my own accord.
We’ve lived in Milford for 17 years and this store was the only place in town, so we had no choice but to go here. We dealt with it’s unreliable hours, never-the-same employee, ridiculous wait time, and the typical challenges for a family that lacks a lot of tech savvy.
For whatever reason, this store has gone through a remarkable transition and hopefully it remains this way for a long time. Romen runs this store the way you’d want it and it seemed that his partner Colin is cut from the same mold. These guys were super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to our new phone and, more specifically, our entire family plan and account.
Romen was patient with my teenage son and respectful to my concerns with these complex plans. The new phone was not in stock, but we did get sent to our house in a couple days, transferred things at the store; all told, 15 minutes of time total. Thank you for that. There will be more: my 75-year old father-in-law needs some assistance and I am confident Romen (or Colin) will be able to put up with his numerous questions, confusion and will have him leave the store in great order.
Milford needs more business owners/operators like this store. If you want customers, take a page out of the book these guys wrote. Kindness and patience, really simple ingredients.”

Austin was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect plans and devices for my family needs. He patiently answered all the questions, explained the options in detail, and helped transfer data to the new phone creatively.
The store was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I never felt rushed or pressured by Austin into deciding. Special shoutout to Austin for his outstanding customer service – he made the 4.5 hours long process smooth and stress-free for us.
If you planned to visit, my only suggestion is to make an appointment to avoid waiting for the staff who are helping other customers already.”
“Having recently decided to end my ATT account, I decided to check out Spectrum in Novi. Everyone there was helpful and pleasant. I honestly went in just for a new internet service only. I walked out with new internet, a free Verizon phone line for 12 months and a new phone. All of this for considerably less than my monthly fees for Verizon and ATT combined. I worked with a salesman named Jon. He was thorough and helpful. Thank you all!”
