I recently had a hit and run and Beth knowing I am busy college student worked with me and my busy schedule to get it situated so that I was without a car. Howe is so easy with scheduling and gets the job done much quicker than expected. The rental car place was taking a while to pick me up from the collision shop and Beth and Erin who work the front desk offered to take me over so I wasn’t sitting there. Hence, however, my experience dealing with the salesperson that assisted me with my purchase wasn’t favorable. He didn’t listen to me at times. I had to repeat myself over and over again. I was extremely annoyed and didn’t feel welcome. The overall dealership and customer service from the receptionist and service advisors in the back that assisted me were very kind and full of helpfulness. Would highly recommend the finance manager and his impeccable and kind demeanor to everyone else who is loolokg for a new or used Lincoln. Great selection of vehicles. Top tier indeed. “Excellent!!!! The work, the attention to detail the craftsmanship, the customer service. I know MAACOs reputation but you have to realize they are independently owned. Your experience in one shop may vary vastly from your buddy’s across town. What I can say is I have a classic car with aluminum, steel and plastic pieces. For the work that MAACO off 8 mile road in Farmington MI did, my car looks WAYYY better than when I brought her in. There was an option where I could have gone with a “jerry rigged” fix to the drivers headlight because my used part had broken tabs. MAACO called me, let me know, I saw the headlight and it was a fine install but there were gaps, so I chose to re-replace my eBay headlight with another one that had intact tabs and the fit was flawless. A lot of shops would NOT go that Extra mile, they would tell you it’s good enough. So trust me, when you know what you want this MAACO shop will work with you.”

Called to other dealerships and they told me it would take a week or more just to look at my vehicle. Suburban said they can diagnose same day and get started on repairs the next day. They literally did just that! I was worried because I know repairs at the dealership can be costly, but at least I know it was done right. However, I want to speak on Rob. One of the techs who processed the intake. AMAZING guy. Very courteous, very helpful, and I truly appreciate his customer service. They were very honest & explained it (headlight) had some scratches on it but thought it could be rubbed out! I’m happy to say that the scratches are gone & it looks almost new. “I walked in hoping to see, maybe drive, a CX90 I saw online before heading to a Jeep dealership to compare it to the Grand Cherokee L. -I never made it to the Jeep dealership. Ryan Samona loves Mazdas and knows his products. We got everything I was looking for in a new vehicle at a lower price point than I was anticipating, combined with Mazda’s Black Friday financing offer… well, I have my first Mazda! I picked it up on my birthday to find a big bow on the hood, snacks stashed all over inside, and balloons in the back seat. ?
Ryan took the time to show me how everything works and set it how I want it before I took off, but also provided a print out of all of the Mazda information links for future reference.
