“I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store in 12 oaks mall in Novi MI! Austin was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect plans and devices for my family needs. He patiently answered all the questions, explained the options in detail, and helped transfer data to the new phone creatively.
The store was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I never felt rushed or pressured by Austin into deciding. Special shoutout to Austin for his outstanding customer service – he made the 4.5 hours long process smooth and stress-free for us.
If you planned to visit, my only suggestion is to make an appointment to avoid waiting for the staff who are helping other customers already.”
“Great place! Changing my phone line turned into an almost 2 hour task. The lady helping me was very patient and did everything she could to finally find a solution for me. The other lady working there also stepped in to help. Since I was there 2 hours, I saw how they multi tasked, greeted everyone kindly, and handled difficult/rude customers in the best way. It was an annoying task particularly, but their service and kindness made it go by much better. They did find a solution and I walked out with a positive impression.”
