“The facility is very welcoming & staff is courteous & humble from the very first step you have in store. Specially Nick …. He is very professional & very soft in his tone to explain all he has to offer, providing solutions to clients suitability. All five stars for him ….. ? Had the best deal in town from Xfinity thru Nick while transferring four lines from a competition firm …. Myself & family is enjoying the best internet at most competitive rates …. Highly recommend clients to go for Xfinity …. I’m saying this after a research of over 3weeks of rate analysis of internet & phone lines of all leading companies & then making a final word in favour of Xfinity. Go for it & get the best ….”

“I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store in 12 oaks mall in Novi MI! Austin was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect plans and devices for my family needs. He patiently answered all the questions, explained the options in detail, and helped transfer data to the new phone creatively. The store was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I never felt rushed or pressured by Austin into deciding. Special shoutout to Austin for his outstanding customer service – he made the 4.5 hours long process smooth and stress-free for us. If you planned to visit, my only suggestion is to make an appointment to avoid waiting for the staff who are helping other customers already.”

“Great place! Changing my phone line turned into an almost 2 hour task. The lady helping me was very patient and did everything she could to finally find a solution for me. The other lady working there also stepped in to help. Since I was there 2 hours, I saw how they multi tasked, greeted everyone kindly, and handled difficult/rude customers in the best way. It was an annoying task particularly, but their service and kindness made it go by much better. They did find a solution and I walked out with a positive impression.”

“Bryanna helped us today at the Canton office. She addressed all our questions and went above and beyond with clear and understandable information about what we should do purchasing a new i phone and special connection needs for my husband. We were just so impressed with her patience (we’re the much older generation), respect, and humor. She was going 100 miles an hour processing whatever needed it, but appeared unhurried and eager to help in any way. I rarely have experienced customer service at such an exemplary level. Her heart was truly in helping her customers. We are so thankful for making this encounter such a great and productive experience!”
