“This store was uncommonly poorly stocked today. Basic items were extremely limited or unavailable. The store was clean and well lit and the check out was quick and easy.”

“Most recently I’ve been receiving my CVS prescription medication by US Mail. Yesterday on October 18th I visited the pharmacy for Covid and Flu shots, at 6Mile and Haggerty. I had not been to the Pharmacy for quite some time. I’ve always found Gloria to be the individual to see for her ability to help w any concerns I might have. She was there yesterday to give me my Covid and Flu shots. I’m just writing this to say what a very nice, professional and knowledgeable pharmacist that Gloria is. She is 5 Star and Gold Medal worthy! We need more like her!!”

She was very pleasant, patient, she was clearly understood, she gave me the impression that she was very willing to address my questions and help me get my prescription refilled while I'm visiting Northville from Florida. I'm glad that I spoke with her! She negated the very low rating that Google Reviews currently shows for this pharmacy!”

“This store is just horrible. The customer service is horrible. It just is. I usually don't write bad reviews but this place is hands down the worst Kroger I've ever been in. I have gone to this store at least 10 times for a money order alone and have obtained a money order just ONCE!!! The self-checkout is so slow because when the machine malfunctions or needs an attendant, the attendant takes their time getting to you. I keep giving this store the benefit of the doubt but at this point, I'm just done wasting my time in this store.”
