“I needed my windshield replaced and also my mirror. I remembered I went to Knudsen brothers probably 7 years ago and remembered they did a good job, I am so glad i remembered that they were good because they were amazing this time around too. I needed it done quickly because I was turning in my lease last minute so they got me in the next day and finished it all in one day! They were so reasonable and actually personable to where they listened to what you needed. We originally got an estimate at the dealership and it was so ridiculous and they couldn’t get me in for a few weeks and I felt like it was all just routine get people in and out. Knudsen brothers gave my car back and I almost didn’t want to turn my lease back in because of how good it looked when I got it back! My window and mirror were fixed but the outside and inside of my car looked like I got it detailed. It was a nice little touch especially because I was dreading doing all of that while I was pregnant! Front desk was also so sweet. She turned a movie on for my kids while we were going over everything that needed to be done which of course was helpful also. I don’t ever remember coming home from any other collision shop bragging how good they were and how amazing my car looked. I would recommend them a million times! I don’t even remember who recommended them to me but I remembered them for a reason! Thank you guys so much!”

“Luai and crew are seriously the best mechanics in town. They’ve worked on mechanical and electrical issues with my 2009 Acura TSX, 2009 Honda CRV, and 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. They also helped with my fog lights and decals for my 2017 Raptor (see photos). Every time they’ve come through with excellent quality, fair prices and amazing communication. They never had my vehicles longer than promised even when it took extra effort to get the repairs and work done as promised. 100% recommend and they will be my mechanics for life!”

I recently had a hit and run and Beth knowing I am busy college student worked with me and my busy schedule to get it situated so that I was without a car. Howe is so easy with scheduling and gets the job done much quicker than expected. The rental car place was taking a while to pick me up from the collision shop and Beth and Erin who work the front desk offered to take me over so I wasn’t sitting there. Whoever works in the back does an amazing job as every time we’ve picked up a vehicle it looks as if the damage never happened! They set a high standard and it shows!!!”

To complete fix the front end damage took a month which was WAY quicker than anyone else, they gave me a rental for an unbeatable price. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. “The finance manager that assisted me with my 2023 Lincoln Cosair was amazing. He and another salesperson made me feel very welcome. Hence, however, my experience dealing with the salesperson that assisted me with my purchase wasn’t favorable. He didn’t listen to me at times. I had to repeat myself over and over again. I was extremely annoyed and didn’t feel welcome. The overall dealership and customer service from the receptionist and service advisors in the back that assisted me were very kind and full of helpfulness. Would highly recommend the finance manager and his impeccable and kind demeanor to everyone else who is loolokg for a new or used Lincoln. Great selection of vehicles. Top tier indeed. Prefer them over BMW & Mercedes Benz any day. Great dealership overall.”
“Excellent!!!! The work, the attention to detail the craftsmanship, the customer service. I know MAACOs reputation but you have to realize they are independently owned. Your experience in one shop may vary vastly from your buddy’s across town. What I can say is I have a classic car with aluminum, steel and plastic pieces. For the work that MAACO off 8 mile road in Farmington MI did, my car looks WAYYY better than when I brought her in. There was an option where I could have gone with a “jerry rigged” fix to the drivers headlight because my used part had broken tabs. MAACO called me, let me know, I saw the headlight and it was a fine install but there were gaps, so I chose to re-replace my eBay headlight with another one that had intact tabs and the fit was flawless. A lot of shops would NOT go that Extra mile, they would tell you it’s good enough. So trust me, when you know what you want this MAACO shop will work with you.”
“Had a crack in my windshield. The windshield was tinted before the incident. Went in asking about retinting after the windshield was replaced. Not only did they tell me they could replace the windshield, but they could replace the windshield and retint it for the price of my deductible. These guys are awesome. Highly recommend.”

“I really appreciate the staff here. There was a repair I needed done that I figured would have to be done by the Dealership because no other shop could figure out what's wrong. Called to other dealerships and they told me it would take a week or more just to look at my vehicle. Suburban said they can diagnose same day and get started on repairs the next day. They literally did just that! I was worried because I know repairs at the dealership can be costly, but at least I know it was done right. However, I want to speak on Rob. One of the techs who processed the intake. AMAZING guy. Very courteous, very helpful, and I truly appreciate his customer service. If I ever need repairs done at a Dealership again, I know who to call!”

“We can’t say enough good things about G&K Auto Parts! They’re the Best! They had the halogen headlight assembly we needed. It was shipped right away & packaged very well! They were very honest & explained it (headlight) had some scratches on it but thought it could be rubbed out! I’m happy to say that the scratches are gone & it looks almost new. “I walked in hoping to see, maybe drive, a CX90 I saw online before heading to a Jeep dealership to compare it to the Grand Cherokee L. -I never made it to the Jeep dealership. Ryan Samona loves Mazdas and knows his products. We got everything I was looking for in a new vehicle at a lower price point than I was anticipating, combined with Mazda’s Black Friday financing offer… well, I have my first Mazda! I picked it up on my birthday to find a big bow on the hood, snacks stashed all over inside, and balloons in the back seat. ?
Ryan took the time to show me how everything works and set it how I want it before I took off, but also provided a print out of all of the Mazda information links for future reference.
The whole team was great and beyond friendly. It was a Saturday and the vibe was more like friends hanging out watching the Michigan/OSU game. Very upbeat and happy.
