“The finance manager that assisted me with my 2023 Lincoln Cosair was amazing. He and another salesperson made me feel very welcome. Hence, however, my experience dealing with the salesperson that assisted me with my purchase wasn’t favorable. He didn’t listen to me at times. I had to repeat myself over and over again. I was extremely annoyed and didn’t feel welcome. The overall dealership and customer service from the receptionist and service advisors in the back that assisted me were very kind and full of helpfulness. Would highly recommend the finance manager and his impeccable and kind demeanor to everyone else who is loolokg for a new or used Lincoln. Great selection of vehicles. Top tier indeed. Prefer them over BMW & Mercedes Benz any day. Great dealership overall.”

“I had a really good first experience taking my Jaguar XK to the Novi location. I’d been going elsewhere before, but came here for routine maintenance and to check on a concerning fluid leak. Johnny was great—he explained the diagnostic process clearly and called me with the results and options. Thankfully it wasn’t anything major.

“I had an Andersen double pane casement window with a broken seal. Setting up an appointment was easy. The estimator with professional experience showed up, confirmed the pane could be replaced (a thirty year old window) and took measurements. The replacement was ordered and a great crew was sent to do the replacement. They were efficient and it was obvious they were experienced. The cost was fair for the scope of work. Highly recommended and saved me the cost of replacing the entire window frame.”

My brother and I found ourselves in an unexpected bind over Thanksgiving weekend. We had decided last-minute to drive our Mercedes Interstate Sprinter van from South Carolina and Florida up to Michigan to surprise family for the holiday. The trip was perfect — until we arrived and discovered a serious diesel fuel leak.
Initial guesses pointed to possible damage to the fuel tank, maybe from something on the road. Because it was the Friday after Thanksgiving, nearly every shop was closed or fully booked through Monday. Under the guidance of our mechanic in South Carolina, we were preparing to troubleshoot the issue ourselves — but we needed parts, and fast.
After calling everywhere imaginable, we finally reached the parts department at Mercedes-Benz of Novi, and that’s where everything changed. Not only were they sympathetic to our situation, but they connected us with Service Advisor Andrew Coppola, who was an absolute lifesaver. Andrew told us that if we could get the van to him, he would do everything he could to help — and mind you, it was already 1:15 PM and we were over an hour away.
We made the drive anyway, hoping for the best, and Andrew exceeded every expectation. He got us in immediately with their Sprinter technician, who performed a prompt and thorough inspection. To our enormous relief, the issue wasn’t the fuel tank at all — it was the fuel filter clamps and hose. Even better, the team had the parts, made the repair the same day, and got us safely back on the road to return home to South Carolina and Florida.
The entire experience was nothing short of outstanding. Everyone we encountered was friendly, honest, and genuinely committed to helping us in a moment of real stress. Andrew and the Sprinter tech turned what could have been a stranded-on-Thanksgiving nightmare into a smooth, efficient, and reassuring solution.
Five stars aren’t enough. Thank you, Mercedes-Benz of Novi — Andrew, and your exceptional Sprinter technician — for saving our holiday and getting us home safely. Highly, highly recommended!”
