“Christine in the bakery department is amazing with customer service & just her kindness alone is unmatched.. my cake order was declined after Novi experienced the water issues on March 7th which is totally understand and they were unable to make my order. Christine called me early Saturday morning to let me know they can’t make it but she figured out a way to get me a spider man cake for my sons she pulled it off for me and took a lot of stress of my day with a sheet cake pre mad with spider man accessories! Turned out super cute! she’s amazingly kind & very helpful. I will be back to see in my future bakery orders & just to stop by and say hi! I definitely recommend asking for her if you need help with a bakery order!”

However the one star removed was because the member service representative was rude and unprofessional. She didn’t have a name tag like others so I had to ask someone. Please teach Christian some basic customer service skills or remove them from interacting with customers.”

“These guys came in clutch! Im so happy they could help me. The holidays are so dang busy with tire sales that the call center books these guys back to back with no room for squeezing in a tire change on the weekends. As soon as they pull a car out, they pull a new one in. My tire was ordered but I couldn't make time on my schedule for an appointment yet but fate had other plans. My front tire, completely flat from a deep freeze we had, needed to be changed and these guys squeezed me in, made good on their word and did it all before close on a Sunday. I did look over the gentleman's shoulder too so I could see he had absolutely no time for me. They called me right before close and not only could they just do the 1 tire I needed but they completed my whole order. They are so good! This team deserves some good notice! Thanks guys!”

“This CVS staff members were kind considerate and helpful. I was talking to a pharmacy assistant and she wasn't quite getting what I needed. Immediately the pharmacist came over and asked if she could help me. Not only did she help me she may recommendations that were useful. I had a procedure and had my prescription sent over to a different CVS Pharmacy and asked if they could be transferred (there so I can go straight home rather than adding to my drive time). A couple of my prescriptions were over the counter, she sent me to the aisle to find them. While I was there I was having trouble immediately a couple of other staff members came over and asked if I needed help and I did. We found products similar but nothing that the doctor had ordered. After I went back to the pharmacy counter with the products that were similar. She told me they weren't right then she came from behind the counter and got them for me. Oh, I forgot to say that my doctor forgot to call over to prescription. She took care of that too. In this day and age when service count for so little and people seem not to be valued. I found everybody helpful and time. I hate, I didn't get the name of the pharmacist and the cashier who helped me with Grace and information. I highly recommend this Pharmacy. Thank you so much CVS for hiring such great employees. Service still matters.”

“Prescription is an expensive one and must be shipped in a cooler. 4 years of experience with Accredo and most has been positive. The issues I have had were normally because Accredo required additional information, or recertification of the prescription. I have come very close to running out of my prescription a few times as a result of this Dr./Pharmacy communication, but has always been resolved with a couple phone calls. After resolved, Accredo has always made sure the prescription got to me before I was totally out.”
