“Truly happy to see them put a limit on trading cards. It’s nice knowing that some person can’t come in and buy the whole stock. Thank you for the integrity of the team that made this decision happen.”
“Pilgrim House is a great place to shop for furniture! Our salesman, Bernie Thompson, is terrific; very knowledgeable and helpful in narrowing down options This is our second purchase from Pilgrim House. We are very excited about getting our new mattress set!”
“Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE. Awesome goodies everywhere you look you see something new. So many awesome things YOU NEED 2-3 HRS to fully walk through. And ladies at front register are awesome”
“Oh my Goodness!! What a great experience I could spend days in this store looking at items and reading all the different decor! Almost everything Michigan made! Everyone is so warm welcoming and kind and they have stuff for just about everyone literally ranging baby toddler to hunters and soccer moms. I will definitely be back now that I have found this gem and can’t wait to share it with many more people. Also stuff is priced greatly along with great quality and items made with love so you can’t beat it!”
“Moved back to Lansing after about 15+ years away and just went back to check this place back out again. It stays consistent - good finds, great deals, friendly staff!”
“The store staff was very friendly and helpful. Cole is an especially effective representative for your store. He was interested in our preferences, helped us to understand the various product lines, pick out bedding and arrange financing. His approach was very supportive and empathetic, and not pushy at all. He was instrumental in our decision to purchase a bed from you.”
“Great shopping experience! I was greeted when I entered and the cute little ladies offered to hold my items behind the counter. The gift options are great in this store. I highly recommend. The gift wrapping of some the gifts purchased was great. Thank you!”

“Wow! Super friendly/helpful staff. Kevon was super nice! So refreshing to have friendly customer service and that truly makes all the difference! Super clean, including bathrooms! Nice selection of homegoods, lights, decor, gifts, special foods, snacks and more. This store is very well organized to the point of color coding.... I absolutely LOVE ❤ it! Definitely will be back!”
“This place had so much selection and it was so fun to look at everything! However please be careful the food items are being sold past date (like not the clearance ones) in fact one of the items on the shelf was completely molded. Still a great store but if that is something the bothers you please be careful!”
“Awesome place. Been going here over 40 years and never disappointed. Got an awesome bed set just beautiful and I slept so good for the first time in over 2 yrs. If you wanna save money this is the best place for it. Talk to Devin he's great. The delivery guys were fast and really knew their stuff. Did a great job setting up my bed. Very pleasant”
“George at Pleats Interior Design is a amazing designer. I would without any reservation use his creative design talent over and over again. We decided to do a renovation on 75% of our home. I was very overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin. Someone pointed me to George at Pleats. He took on this tremendous project with great ease and outstanding professionalism. His creative vision from removing walls to refurnishing all the rooms and light fixtures, left us overjoyed on how beautiful this project turned out. One of the many things that I really appreciate about George is his well informed and constant communication from the beginning of the project to the very end. I look forward to using him again on future projects.”
“I wasn't exactly sure of the type of sofa I wanted for my living room but Klingman's had it! James, the store manager was amazing. He was able to organize a great deal and he worked diligently with me so I could get my sofa home sooner rather than later. If you're in need of furniture, go to Klingman's in Okemos, James and his sales staff with provide you with a great experience!”
“An exhaustive range of office interior furniture with irresistible offers and very genuine prices. The services are among the best in the market and the support team is also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.”
“Never had an issue at any of the Pottery Barn locations we’ve gone to, but this one was head and shoulders above the rest. Called looking for an item and the individual on the phone was very helpful. When we came into pick it up, was greater at the entrance with a hello. The sales rep that helps was very courteous. After picking up the item we had purchased, we asked about another item that was showing no longer available, and they found that it 1 one was available out of a location in Maryland. Would go back again and would recommend to anyone.”
“It's wild to me that there's a Target on Grand River in downtown East Lansing now. If it had been there while I was in college, I probably would've spent a lot of money there! This Target is a mini store but has pretty much anything a college student needs - snacks, beverages, apparel, toiletry items, household stuff, things for your dorm, etc. Nate and I stopped in while in town over the summer and grabbed some items.I loved the little statue of Bullseye, the Target dog, because he was wearing an MSU jersey! How adorable. They had a pretty decent selection of MSU apparel too. The self check out stations were quick and easy to use, with no lines. I don't think I'll find myself coming here often, especially since I don't live in the area, but it's definitely convenient!”
“Went to pick up some catnip and treats cuz they are decently priced there. Also needed a pair of blue light protection glasses but unfortunately couldn't find any. Store is always clean and we'll organized.”
“I needed to find 2 liter pops stat and when I called to check on availability here, the gal who helped me was incredibly quick and professional with finding exactly what I needed. And all the items were in stock as well!”
