“I attempted to upgrade online about 2 months ago and had a terrible experience. So much so that I delayed the process. On a whim I came into the Auburn Hills location, and Im so glad I did. Ethan was amazing from start to finish. He was extremely pleasant, patient, and very knowledgeable. He made the transition as seamless as possible. I’ll see you in 4 years for the next upgrade.
