“Exceptional Service Review: Brandon at Ace Hardware (Baldwin Road)
I am writing this review to commend Brandon at the Ace Hardware located on Baldwin Road. His level of patience and expertise deserves the highest praise.
I was struggling immensely with a persistent leak under my sink, caused by a faulty pipe leading into my garbage disposal. Plumbing is not my area of expertise, and I was completely overwhelmed by the different parts and connections required for a replacement.
Brandon immediately stepped in. He was incredibly patient and took the time to assess my existing, leaky parts. Instead of just pointing me toward a shelf, he meticulously fitted my current components with the exact, necessary replacement pieces right there at the counter. He essentially pre-assembled the critical connections, ensuring I had everything required for a straightforward installation when I got home.
Thanks to his effort and attention to detail, the assembly and installation were simple, and the leak is completely gone.
There are many Ace Hardware locations near me, but Brandon's exceptional service at the Baldwin Road store ensures that I will only choose this location for all my future hardware needs. He is a fantastic asset to your team!”

“Clean store. Occasionally it takes time walking around to find someone on the floor to assist you but whenever I have found that person they've always bent over backwards to help me. Anytime I've had to go to the customer service desk for questions, returns, etc. they have went above and beyond to assist me at this store / location. Thank you Lake Orion Home Depot!!”
“I had such a nice, small town experience this last time I went. Andrea, the store manager was EXTREMELY accommodating for me. Cindy and Robert in customer service were so so helpful and friendly. I went in the store very last minute to rent a truck or van. They offered so many helpful options to meet my ridiculous timeline and request. I could not be more thankful for how they treated me and really expedited the whole process. They made renting the truck a breeze, would 100% rent from them again.”

“I have 3 Ace Hardware Stores in my area. However, Stones Ace Hardware of Oxford is my go-to store. They are on M-24 with a side street entrance for easy access for coming and going.
As soon as you walk in the store entrance you are always greeted! The entire staff is very helpful. I had a young man ask if he could help me and it was his first day of work.
When I go looking for an item I know I will be walking out with what I went looking for. They carry everything from paints, to tools, to grass seed and gloves. If you need your propane tank refilled they can do it.
