They had beautiful displays and plenty of seating options.However, the physical set up was just the beginning of an incredible service experience. The men of this store are courteous, friendly and genuine. They are trying to HELP you in addition to get to know you. At one point I wondered if I was in an AT&T store or a dive bar because the conversation was just so great. I’m thrilled that they were able to help me find an affordable plan while also taking in my trade in phone that was physically damaged. If you’re considering switching to AT&T I’d highly recommend! “Great guy that is willing to go out of bis way to help! We had a stolen iphone and he was able to sell ua a used replacement. Not only did he sell us the phone but he was willing to spend 30 minutes helping is transfer our data over to the new phone, and also provide guidance how to try to locate our old phone or at least ensure it was "locked" and useless to the thief. This place was awesome and I highly recommend!”

“I came in this morning to get a phone for my son. The staff member who helped us was great. He got everything I needed taken care of in a super timely manner and was very friendly. I had my two kids with me and they were happy with the time that it took to help us, they didn’t get impatient or bored. I didn’t go in with anything complicated but what I did need was taken care of. Definitely happy with the quality of service I received and would definitely go to this location for needs in the future.”

“Ali was a great tech. He did a very professional job and was polite and careful not to damage our water line when the drop to the outside had to be placed close to the outside spigot. Nextlink also uses the appropriate cat5 for outside use to avoid weather interrupting service. I would recommend them over any other radio/line of site companies. They also do not overload their infrastructure like Centurylink does in Krum so you actually get what you pay for.”

“Was in on Saturday with a broken phone. The young man that helped me was outstanding. This is my new Metro. Always went to the Store on Pontiac lk rd in Waterford. Called them yesterday to ask a couple questions, Larry was so rude to my husband. Wouldn't let him finish a question without interrupting him. When he asked him to please stop interrupting his response was. "Bro I have people in my store and I don't have time to answer a bunch of questions." Our total call time was under 3 minutes.”

“Come here Monday through Friday for a stellar experience. I avoid this place (and most others) like the plague on weekends. I love a mall as one of the last "third places" in society, but I digress. In most regards, Great Lakes Crossing Outlets meets or exceeds my expectations. Immaculately clean, mostly handicap accessible, and boasting a diverse range of stores, it's a shopper's haven. The food court offers an array of yummy options, making it a perfect spot for a culinary journey. There's also specialty restaurants if that's more your style. Overall, a top-notch destination for a satisfying shopping experience. YMMV on a Saturday or Sunday though. You've been warned!”
