“Edit (6-28): I've given up on my past mission. I've gone in since to pay my bill with Shane, he was like usual; polite, kind, prompt and the service given was better than expected; per usual.
This location and the associates are by far my favorite now. I'm in and out, and when I had to transfer data and all that crap over, I just went down to Jimmy John's and had a bite to eat.
When I have brought up problems I'm having with my phone/service, I have only received great information/problem solving ideas from both Shane and the new manager Kurtis. T-Mobile is finally doing good work and listening to it's customers. Thank you.
(First review): Kurtis and Shane helped me so much. They assisted me with adding a second line on my account, helped me pick a new phone, sign up for insurance (they saw how broken the screen on my previous phone was. I didn't know how inexpensive it is! $15/month), switch over what I needed to/helped me set the phone up and than they found a perfect OtterBox case and screen protectors for my new phone.
They showed me the smart watches and earbuds that are new. I'm not sure if I'll go back to purchase them or not, however if I do, I'm coming back to this location.
I have been previously frustrated with TMobile in the past at quite a few different locations. However Shane and Kurtis have far exceeded my expectations.
Although, when I asked to speak to the manager; not to be a Karen, but to compliment him on his staff, the manager wasn't there.
Every time I go up to pay my bill, he's never there.
I've tried to call different days, to see if he's there.
This is all out of pure curiosity at this point. What if I actually needed to talk to a manager? How much harder would it be to speak with them?
Imagine Kurtis and Shane didn't give me the amazing, professional service they actually provided me.
Let's say I had Jane and Jon assisting me. They both just started working there that day, and they don't know anything.
Let's say they are on rumspringa and they were Amish until like yesterday.
Would I be able to speak with a manager?
I am guessing no.

“I went in here today and Moe took care of me. I'm getting a divorce and was in jeopardy of losing my phone number, in 2016 my mom paid to get me this number it was my freedom from personal things. My mom passed last year to cancer and I panicked at the thought of having to part with this number it felt I was losing her all over. Moe didn't let that happen I was about to leave thanked him and he said whoa whoa don't leave yet. Moe took and made sure that I kept my number and I left more grateful and happy than he could possibly imagine. He made a miracle happen. To some sure it's "just" a number to me it's not and he seen that and he hooked me up!!! I will NEVER go to another metro!! Moe definitely won my services over and a piece of my heart for the kind thing he did to make sure I get to keep this part of my mom!!! If the world had more people like Moe we wouldn't have to worry!!! Thank you so much for everything today!!! I highly recommend this store and Moe for sure!!!”

“I recently stopped by Star Mini Mart/Mobile Gas Station and was impressed by how clean and spacious it was. They have a great variety of snacks, quick bites, beverages, a complete wine cellar, and even a cigar bar area. I also liked the convenience of the mobile touchscreen for paying at the pump. The only issue I encountered was that the receipt didn't print out as prompted, but it gave me the opportunity to explore the hidden gems inside the minimart. Overall, I would give this mobile minimart/gas station five out of five stars. Highly recommended!”
“Some bad reviews does not make any sense for me. What i have seen from my end manager and everybody did their best to fix my bill and promotion issue. It took an hour to fix problem but finally they did it.all you need you to go store tell your problem they will fix it”
“Came in here day after a holiday weekend. They were busy as all get out, but the two behind the counter handled ALL the business. Customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced in any cell phone store in a long time. It’s complicated job data. Transfers pictures, social media, passwords Apple IDs emails you name it! They were able to sync everything up and get me on my way with a new phone go to the store. Skip the rest. You’ll thank me later.”

He was training a new employee, a young that just started 3 days prior name Maria. If I'm not mistaken, and she is going to be a great access for your company. She's very polite. “I dropped my phone in a creek and after calling and going to another att store I had no option but to pay 300 bucks for either a replacement or new phone. My mom called this store in Oxford and spoke with Matt who said he could help me get a new phone and not have to pay that much money at all. He was very patient and kept his word and I only paid $43 for a new iPhone 16 when I had a 14 prior. Very very good experience, will talk to Matt for any future issues if needed.”
