“Michael greeted me as I walked through the door, handled my request promptly and walked me through each step. Unfortunately when I did the survey via text messaging I misread the rating for the first question and responded with a 1 rating. I can assure you Michael deserved a 5 (completely satisfied) and. 5 star rating overall.”

“Such great service! They tried multiple different things to try to save the phone. They ordered and then did the work to try replacing different parts. And because the phone ultimately couldn't be repaired, they still only charged the $35 diagnostic fee. Despite all of the labor, because the phone wasn't fixable, they didn't charge for this!! And during the time they had the phone, they provided quick updates and explained what they wanted to try before they did anything. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend them.”
