“Quite possibly the most excellent Hardware Store I have ever been in. Pretty sure they even have the preferable kitchen sink too! Seriously if you need anything try here first!”

“Sarah is AMAZING!!!! My EGO battery powered blower stopped working this morning. I took it in to Meyer Ace Hardware (where I purchased it 4 years ago) for repair. Sarah asked if I had the receipt because it has a 5 year warranty. I don't keep those receipts so she said she would try to find it. Within an hour, I got an email from EGO because she had found the receipt and sent it in to them. I'm under warranty for a new motor. YAY!! I really love having a battery powered blower and hedge trimmer. Thank you Sarah and Meyer Ace Hardware!”

“Everything was good. Found everything I wanted. The only odd thing that happened was when an employee mistakenly took away my cart and put all the items back on the shelf.”

“Keith was so helpful in explaining what I needed, and how to find it on my fixtures. Even though they didn't have what I needed (really old fixtures) he took the time to decipher and help me in the next step of the search. Riley was also helpful and pleasant answering the phone!”

“Found Alan today. He helped me order window treatments. He was well trained and capable. I ordered blinds for 20 windows! I was very pleased. Generally there are too few employees at Lowes which is the cry from most businesses. It is frustrating. Take your patience with you if you need help in the store.”

She explains everything about the products snd if she does not know a fine detail, she looks it up. Friendly and helpful. Thanks Rose.”
