Not to mention she is willing to work with you, given you must put the work in to learn, and maintains her professionalism making the learning process worthy to pay attention to. “I didn't expect to like this bank. After working a really terrible hack by an ex-boyfriend, the bank managers/account specialists (?) tolerated my lengthy story and gave me a chance to explain things. They helped immediately and immensely. As I waited briefly for my appointment ( you can walk in and sign for a chat, too), I noticed that the line for the regular banking queue, customers and the banking staff knew each other by name, quite often. I consider it more of a neighborhood bank feel, despite being one of the largest banks globally. Definitely recommend!”
