“I love the fact that I can order what I want online and pick it up at the store. It saves me from showing up only to find that either they don't carry the item or they just sold the last one. Or, worse yet, having to wander through the store trying to find things. Their online system is a big time saver.”

The employees there act like the customer is valuable, as opposed to the Clio store, in Clio you can't get even a grunt of acknowledgement, let alone the poor service!The reason for the 4 stars for Frankenmuth is because of the design of the store!
