This place was awesome and I highly recommend!”

“Devin is a true asset to the ATT organization!! I recently lost my mother and was looking to switch the phone and internet service out of her name. It was an emotional task to begin with and I had went to two other Att stores that displayed extreme a lack of providing a basic level of assistance. As a final attempt I called the Birmingham location and Devin took my call and told me he would absolutely help me get the account settled. When I arrived he took the time to apologize for how I was treated at the other two locations and assured me that he would be able to assist. The main take away is that he could tell I was distressed trying to complete this business on behalf of my deceased mother and he was amazingly kind to me. As we spoke while this service was being switched over I mentioned how much I loved Earth, Wind and Fire and he steamed a EWF song for me on the stores music system! I wish I could duplicate his level of service and attention to the smallest detail and put him everywhere I conduct business. Thank you again Devin, you are a rare Gem!!”

“Let me just say, that I was a wreck due to my phone completely being dead. I walked in and the gentleman proceeded to help me with my serious issue. My phone had been discontinued and seemed to have many bugs. Long story short, I had to replace my phone with a new one. I wasn't happy about it, but I'm so very thankful that I was able to upgrade to a better model. I brought my mom with her old phone that needed to be transferred to her new phone along with my new phone and dead phone. Well, Ali, was so gracious in helping both of us with our dilemma and he was actually able to repair the problem with my old phone. Our experience at this Metro location was extremely good.
