Ethan was amazing from start to finish. He was extremely pleasant, patient, and very knowledgeable. He made the transition as seamless as possible. I’ll see you in 4 years for the next upgrade. “Came by this morning to pick up my new upgrade. I was met with the store associate who was on his own, and did a phenomenal job with setting my account up with my new phone. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He offered to set up my new device for me, but I declined since I'm a tech geek; it was a breeze. He let me know of the current deals offered, and was able to multi task as another customer came in. He's definitely an associate I hope to see in the future as he's the perfect fit for the job. He said it was his first time doing an online pick up order, but it didn't even delay him in setting up and getting my account updated. I wouldn't be surprised to see him warm a promotion in his future with his knowledge and skills he already acquired. I'm definitely glad I chose this store to pick up my device! “We were in the area from out of town and my husbands phone stoped working. We were waiting on by Sam. He was wonderful. He found the issue right away. He was very careful and asked lots of questions to help him find the issue. Unfortunately he was not able to fix it and we had to get him another phone. Sam was very helpful and asked what his needs were and he was able to pick a new phone. I was even able to get my phone screen repaired there. All for a very good price. The service and knowledge of the staff is wonderful . We will definitely return if in the area if we need phone help.”

Even though I came in less than an hour before closing he helped me with getting a new phone, and was very pleasant even though it took time to transfer my stuff to my new phone and ended up being there a little past closing time.
