“We have been Comcast/Xfinity customers for 26 years now for both our internet and cable services, and we are currently Diamond members in their rewards program.

The Pros:

Unbelievable Reliability: In over two and a half decades, our service has been virtually uninterrupted. I could count the number of times on one hand. Outages have been incredibly rare and resolved quickly. For pure connection reliability, they are tough to beat.
Great Rewards: Being a Diamond member actually comes with some fantastic perks, including free movie rentals, local rewards, and early access to features.

The Cons / Area for Improvement:

Recent increase in connectivity lapses that didn’t exist previously. We rely on the connectivity for work.

Pricing Loyalty: Like many long-term customers, my only real critique is the pricing. It feels like new customers often get the best promotional rates, while loyal, 26-year customers have to consistently call in to keep bills from skyrocketing.

Overall, if you want internet and cable that you can absolutely depend on day in and day out, Comcast delivers. We just wish the loyalty rewards included a permanent break on the monthly bill!”
