“We've gone in twice regarding issues with our internet since we moved to the area last year. Each time they were very helpful and clarified any issues and confusion.
The most recent time Logan was a big help. Our internet was shut off because we were still on copper instead of fiber and he sat with me for at least 4t minutes when I went in to clear up the issue. He got our service back on, upgraded, and got us a gift card with the upgrade. Really appreciate his time and effort.”

“I was having problems with my modem, and my usual Metro Store was closed. My next door neighbor also needed something. The person working the counter was quite knowledgeable, and was able to provide myself and my neighbor deals on our modems. On the sales receipt it gives the name "Benignity". “We were in the area from out of town and my husbands phone stoped working. We were waiting on by Sam. He was wonderful. He found the issue right away. He was very careful and asked lots of questions to help him find the issue. Unfortunately he was not able to fix it and we had to get him another phone. Sam was very helpful and asked what his needs were and he was able to pick a new phone. I was even able to get my phone screen repaired there. All for a very good price. The service and knowledge of the staff is wonderful . We will definitely return if in the area if we need phone help.”
