“Very helpful and courteous staff. Our last visit (9/23) was with Caitlyn, who was so helpful and patient with us. She was extremely knowledgeable about the current deals available and how to arrange our product and service orders to get the best value. She took extra time to check availability of devices at other nearby stores and presented several options for payment and financing. This is a busy corporate location so be sure to make an appointment online before you go or you are likely to have a long wait. By far our preferred location to deal with.”

“Just moved in to a new building that used this service and had my internet act spotty so I called in to the general customer service line. At first there seemed to be some delays (called on a Thursday and had an anticipated service repair date of Monday). This was really stressful because I work from home but then within a couple hours one of their technicians, Tod, called me directly and was coordinating to get everything fixed asap. He came out the next morning about 2 hrs earlier than expected with a new router box and got right to fixing the problem. Best customer service skills I’ve seen in a long time. I really appreciate that he understood the urgency of getting me back online and was truly doing all he could to fix the problem and make sure everything was running well. Took a photo of the installation to show how cleanly it was done. Highly recommend working with him if you have an outage or need someone who genuinely cares about making sure your technical issues are resolved asap.”

“Jack (guy with the glasses) is the man! 100% Amazing service. He was knowledgeable on all phones and services. I came in with my old phone and stopped working. Jack showed the selection of phones and explained the difference between each and every single one of them. Once I made my selection on the phone, the rest was smooth sailing from there! He also threw a great bundle deal on case and screen protectors. He also transferred all my contacts from my previous phone to my new one. I am very satisfied with the service. Any time you stop in 5800 Caniff street, look for the guy with glasses! :)”

“We went to T-Mobile today, February 8, 2025 to get new phones.we are senior citizens. We saw the ad on television. Our sales person was Dylan. He was fantastic answered all of our questions. Made the transition from Verizon to T-Mobile very easy no stress and if I have any other questions about my phone, he will be the one that I go to.”

“I came to this location to see if I could bundle my internet with their mobile service to save some money. Previously had a T-Mobile phone plan. I was helped by employee David who was incredible when it came to saving me money while being proficient and professional. Not only did he get my internet cost lowered from $55/month to $45 /month BUT he got me their mobile unlimited plan for free for the first year on top of a free phone upgrade.

Almost sounds too good to be true, but the new phone (Galaxy A16) has been great, and I've double checked my billing statements. It's all true. I believe once my free year is up on mobile it'll be $40/month, which is still not bad at all.

I see some other reviews griping about the wait times and whatever else, but it isn't that bad. Folks just lack patience.”

“I was switching over from an 11pro to a 15pro and Lance was my representative. I’m not from the area and walked in about a hour before the store closed and Lance stayed a few minutes after 8pm for the phones to finish transferring data so I was able to GPS home. I was so appreciative! Throughout the process he answered all my questions and I was able to get a Free Apple Watch by updating my plan. Definitely will return to this store if I need anything else.”

“Tiara and Monica have the years of experience you hope for when going to a cellphone store with a problem. Tiara tirelessly worked on my problem and replaced my SIM card twice to see if that would fix the SOS issues on my mini iPhone 13. Once she knew my phone was unfixable and I didn't have the extended warranty, she gave me all of my options I needed to make the most fiscally responsible decision I could, at a time when I truly needed my phone to work and did not want nor plan for this surprise expense. I was literally there for hours, but both Tiara and Monica made it a very pleasant experience. I was heading to another Verizon store closer to my house and I turned around and went the opposite direction just to go to the Southfield store , because I have always had good experiences there and this was a problem that no ordinary sales/service person could address. The life stresses I am going through are trying enough.
After I chose to buy the iPhone 15, Monica made sure EVERYTHING was transferred over and working properly before I walked out that door.
I almost forgot, Tiara had a wonderful line she used when she was multitasking between me and other customers in a very busy store; "Work smarter, not harder!"
Thank you both, beautiful & smart ladies, for helping turn a dreaded process at the wrong time in my life, into a very pleasant experience and a much needed break from my next obligation.”

She got everything I needed BUT her coworker went in the back and grabbed another case option which I loved and purchased. Then this same coworker told her to look up some deals for me which took almost 40 bucks off. Grateful to her. So yeah, tighten up. But I got what I wanted. Thank you.”

“I am not comfortable giving recognition to T-Mobile due to the difficulties I have faced in dealing with their corporate practices. Every month for the past four months, I have had to spend several hours readjusting my phone bill after being overcharged. Despite assurances that this issue would be resolved, it persists, and I am forced to invest significant time in rectifying the situation.

However, I would like to commend one of the in-store representatives who provided valuable assistance. When I informed him about returning a phone to Assurion, which they claimed not to have received, he advised me not to pay my bill. This was crucial information as T-Mobile was threatening to disconnect my service if I did not pay the additional $500 charge for the supposedly unreturned phone. Thanks to this representative's intervention, I was able to avoid paying for a service I had not received.

I appreciate his assistance and believe he deserves recognition for his customer-centric approach. If I discover his name, I will gladly share it as a testament to his exceptional service.

TMOBILE GETS 0☆'s for their strong arm tactics and overcharging customers continuously mostly without their knowledge. This company runs on scams, and soon I'll no longer be a customer, something I recommend to everyone with service through these corporate criminals.”
