“Just moved in to a new building that used this service and had my internet act spotty so I called in to the general customer service line. At first there seemed to be some delays (called on a Thursday and had an anticipated service repair date of Monday). This was really stressful because I work from home but then within a couple hours one of their technicians, Tod, called me directly and was coordinating to get everything fixed asap. He came out the next morning about 2 hrs earlier than expected with a new router box and got right to fixing the problem. Best customer service skills I’ve seen in a long time. I really appreciate that he understood the urgency of getting me back online and was truly doing all he could to fix the problem and make sure everything was running well. Took a photo of the installation to show how cleanly it was done. Highly recommend working with him if you have an outage or need someone who genuinely cares about making sure your technical issues are resolved asap.”

“I wanted to share my experience at this location. 2 days ago, I went in and the Manager Sam who was so kind in getting a temporary phone of mine running because my phone just arbitrarily stopped working . After I rec'd my new phone direct from T Mobile, I went to another location & had a terrible experience. The next day I (evening after work) I was on the phone w/TMobile & Apple back & forth for 4 hours & they couldn't get it activated. I felt defeated - today as a last resort, I decided to go back to see Sam hoping he could help me. Unfortunately, he was off but I was greeted by Mario. Let me tell you, Mario was absolutely nothing short than extraordinary. Within 10 minutes, he had my new phone activated then he felt so bad because of the experience I had, he figured a way to get my old phone running by charging it on a flat charger (not using the port) and it worked!! He kept the afternoon and when I picked it up after work, it was successfully fully charged!! He did that so I could could back up all my data to my new phone. “I tried setting up new phone services through the chat on the Verizon website but the robot/rep made it difficult and kept having system issues. I called the nearest store in Southfield and spoke to Mike (manager) and he was very polite. He told me to come and they’ll help me the rest of the way. The front of the building is under construction so it was kind of weird to go to the back. I met Mike and Tiara and they were AWESOME! They explained everything and I even added WiFi services for my home. Everything went smooth and they even stayed a little after closing to finishing setting me up. I would give 5 stars to Mike and Tiara but I only gave 4 due to the experience I’ve been having with the network since I switched from AT&T. I feel like I should of just stayed with AT&T because my phone worked everywhere and I never had so many dropped calls and internet lags. I only switched to Verizon because I heard they were the best but it seems they’re too popular with too many customers on their network for things to run smoothly. Hopefully things get better because I’m now stuck in this contract. To Mike and Tiara, you guys were great. The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Thank you both. “I am not comfortable giving recognition to T-Mobile due to the difficulties I have faced in dealing with their corporate practices. Every month for the past four months, I have had to spend several hours readjusting my phone bill after being overcharged. Despite assurances that this issue would be resolved, it persists, and I am forced to invest significant time in rectifying the situation.
However, I would like to commend one of the in-store representatives who provided valuable assistance. When I informed him about returning a phone to Assurion, which they claimed not to have received, he advised me not to pay my bill. This was crucial information as T-Mobile was threatening to disconnect my service if I did not pay the additional $500 charge for the supposedly unreturned phone. Thanks to this representative's intervention, I was able to avoid paying for a service I had not received.
I appreciate his assistance and believe he deserves recognition for his customer-centric approach. If I discover his name, I will gladly share it as a testament to his exceptional service.
