Our regular sales associate, Zack, was unavailable this time, but Chris stepped in and took fantastic care of us. We walked in after being frustrated that our current couch broke and we didnt even mention we had a less than pleasant experience in town elsewhere just before walking in so I had low expectations and Sam absolutely blew us away! “I needed to find a reasonably priced necktie for an 8th graders graduation ceremony on moments notice. Found one online at Target and chose the Drive Up option and the order would be ready for pick up in 2 hrs. I received a notification that the tie was ready before the 2 hrs was up. I like that there was VERY LITTLE WAIT TIME after I notified them I had parked. The friendly associate was at my car with my order in a matter of minutes! It was a great experience. Thank you Target! “I am currently renting some stuff from this store. Got a brand new couch and loveseat for about a week and noticed The one corner Of the couch would sink when you sat down on it. I called to let them know, they came and got the couch with no issue. until I was informed that I’d have to pay for damages because it was my fault. Well, I don’t think it was my fault. I think it was a defect in the couch itself. I tried to explain this it didn’t work. I am not going to pay for something that I did not break. it’s wrong to accuse somebody of breaking something when you don’t have proof.”
“Max has an excellent approach at his job he make it personal in a good way he try’s to bond with you and try’s to understand what it is you want, he was able to help me get a new mattress, bed frame and boxspring. He was very knowledgeable about all products and was able to answer all my questions! With one Max I’m not sure our experience would be the same! One heck of a sales guy!”

We went in knowing what we likely wanted, but Jenny was great to work with. She answered all of our questions and multiple follow-ups, was always friendly and very knowledgeable, and made my grandma feel comfortable. She even helped us make a last-minute addition to our order and made sure everything was taken care of with delivery and set up.
You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers make the right decision. Most importantly, my grandma loves her new mattress and slept great on her first night.”
