“I get meat from here pretty regularly and never had a problem, but yesterday I bought a pork butt and put it in the fridge as soon as I got home. I opened it today to smoke it and it smelled like rotten eggs. I took it back, and the manager in the meat department quickly replaced it for me no questions asked. This was one off incident and they handled it quickly for me, so still five stars! Good job and great customer service! Prices are about average with other local places but I believe the meat is much fresher usually!”

“Great fresh produce, but occasionally missing a particular item. This week out of Roma tomatoes, last week out of frozen strawberries, still no lactose-free milk one week, no Riccota cheese the next. Great food at low prices, but getting everything on your list is hit and miss. Very fast in and out if your location has self-checkout. My favorite grocery store. Lowest prices on average for excellent food.”

“Just here to say that I was dying laughing when I seen the other person in these reviews say she won't go in unless Rickey's green car is there??? funny enough I know that car it's a real nice masculine dodge challenger with a darker shade of green, maybe 2015 or something around there. Anyways I give this place a 4/5-- a 4.5/5 if I could just not a 5 because really, I don't know the parking lot next to it isn't so smooth but it's really nice. Always really pleasant to visit in and stuff:) they do have a really large variety of snacks and the best part is they don't really go out of stock on most stuff. If youre a lazy person you'll find getting a 2 liter of soda not so pleasant lol with it being at the furthest section from the door but besides that, there's plenty of room to walk around in and a good little liquor store for some supplies weather it be a good 'ol slim jim or even clothes at times like beanies!”

“I got things in the clearance area and it was a great price. The only thing I don't like, is sometimes it has to much produce in isles. Don't bring it our until you can put it away. Hire workers for evening shift to zone the store and keep it shoppers friendly! It's a good location.”

“Always a great selection of fresh meat and produce. Meat counter was busy, but they can get the people taken care of quite quickly. We stopped by yesterday to egt some stuff for a family cookout and the check out gal was cussing because the meat dept can't cleanly fill the Mac salad cups. No greeting from her, nothing. Stopped today to get stuff for my lunches and a few beers. She put bread in the bag and tossed it by the bag holder, dropped grocery items into the bag, tossed it on top of the bread. I understand everyone has a bad day from time to time. I worked retail for 25 years and customer service was always the NUMBER ONE priority. Will this gal's mood deter me from going here. Absolutely not. Jack's is a great locally owned business and we love going there”
