Came in for some measurements and was given the laser scan and a chart of shoulder width, chest, etc. Came with a free pair a sports boxers and Rachel spent some time clarifying all the questions I had afterwards regarding my perfect fit. “DON'T BUY HAWX. I tried to save $100 and got Hawx instead of thorogood this time around. Not even two months in the stitching on the toe came undone. Fortunately a lady at the front was able to help me return them under the warranty and gave me store credit so I could get better boots.
THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT AND THOROGOOD IS GREAT. I got two years from my last pair. JUST AVOID HAWX if you work in any kinda shop/construction. The seam split before I even knicked them at work.”
“By far the nicest, cleanest and most organized shoe store I've been in in my 68 years on this big blue marble. Large store with nice selection. The clearance area was better organized than most shoe stores feature areas.
This store will now be my first stop for anything foot related and my thanks go out to Chris for her positive mental attitude and obvious dedication to her career. A rare find indeed.”
