“I dropped my phone and it shut off and wouldn't turn back on, two other shops wouldn't work on my Google pixel, Verizon told me I would have to send it in and get a replacement.Charlie told me, "nah I gotchu, come back tomorrow."He lent me a loaner phone so I could still text and get phone calls, and my phone was fixed and ready the next day. It needed a new battery and a couple other things, less than 50 bucks and it was the best customer service I have ever received.”

“Becky and Chad are very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. We were coming back to Verizon after having a signal problem with another carrier. We were treated very well and they got the job done. This is a corporate location which is what we needed to handle the switch back to Verizon after just a matter of hours with the other carrier. I highly recommend this location.”

“I went to metro on Genesee Street in Saginaw the woman running the place was great very helpful and very friendly.We went to the metro dealer on Bay road and they were very rude and nasty told us we should leave because we weren't going to buy a phone anyway he wanted to sell us a phone that we did not want and told him we didn't want it.Would not recommend going to the metro PC dealer on Bay road.”
