“Were a regular at this store, and let me say Sharman has been nothing but helpful everytime, always looking for ways to save us money and telling me about deals we were unaware of. To be completely honest, this lady deserves employee of the month. I would recommend this store because of her and the deals.”

“Anytime and everything I go into here I come out with something no lie I go in expecting not to find something I see something I like and I buy it leaving happy cause most of the time the things I buy I rarely see someone with the same item it really be rare if I see it”
“Hunter was so nice, helpful and patient. He made me feel like I wasn’t being a bother, even though I tried on like twelve different pairs of shoes. He should get an award for his patience!!”

“The options for footwear are great. I like this New Balance location for their sales, promotion offers and staff. The shopping experience is worth the drive to Birch Run, MI”
“We are going on our first trip to Iceland, and we had no idea what to expect. We had two associates that helped us with what shoe would be best for us to wear during our trip and gave us different options. You don't see service in stores like this anymore. I think the customer service was beyond exceptional. I don't write review much, but though this deserved a compliment and notice. Thank you”

“Excellent customer service. They really helped me out in picking a running shoe. The sales person went to get shoes they thought I would like. I recommend this outlet store.”

“Great shoes and boots. My daughter and I shop here and love our shoes. The salespeople are amazing as well! They will help you save money if possible too! I love shopping here.”
“This was our first experience shopping at DXL. Jamie waited on us and was very helpful and made sure we were able to find everything we were looking for. We will be back!”
“Tons of shoes to choose from, as well as, bags, accessories, and jiblits. Very organized and easy to find what you're looking for, and things you didn't know you wanted.”
“Drove 45 miles to stock up on my son's growth spurt and was very excited to see most of what I had in my carter's app cart in store. A fabulous employee helped me immediately as I came in and found the outfits I wanted. The store was very organized and easy to see the styles without getting overwhelmed.”
“I love the Loft Outlet! 95% of my cloths are from the Loft and Ann Taylor. Keep your eyes open on their clearance. Today they had an additional 60% off it. Found a couple super cute dresses and some great short sleeve shirts! Score ?”
“I purchased two pairs of shoes before Christmas for my sons. I thought I had the right size based on their current size and it turns out I did not. I went in today to exchange them and the two young men in there were extremely helpful going above and beyond to make sure that we were able to find what we needed. When we couldn’t find what we wanted in the store, they offered to look online and order and have it shipped to our home. Nate was the young man on the register, I did not get the name of the other young man but he was running all over trying to find us shoes in the right size.”
“Wow, amazing costumer service from their associates Emily and Nick. I’ve been to this famous a few times last year and It was a total mess. I was in a predicament and decided to try famous again, turns out they’ve really turned everything around, and Nick and Emily were just the most helpful workers I’ve ever encountered. Thank you guys for being so great!”
“Derian is the BEST! Honestly i probably wouldnt come here if he wasnt working here. He is so knowledgeable about what kind of shoes I need for work and exercise. Every time I go in, I go straight for Derian because my work os very hard on my feet and he knows where everything is, and the best options. Alayna and Emma are both super kind and make checking out quick, and speedy!”
