“I was too the St Charles one in Michigan today, tuesday May 26th I was amazed there were 2 women working and the one was very busy at the register and the other was putting stock out. They both had smiles and were so nice and friendly to us customers. It was a pleasant surprise, I told the register lady thank you 3 times. I loved that the store was stocked well for once and it was a happy place. ??❣❣”
“Always a great selection of fresh meat and produce. Meat counter was busy, but they can get the people taken care of quite quickly. We stopped by yesterday to egt some stuff for a family cookout and the check out gal was cussing because the meat dept can't cleanly fill the Mac salad cups. No greeting from her, nothing. Stopped today to get stuff for my lunches and a few beers. She put bread in the bag and tossed it by the bag holder, dropped grocery items into the bag, tossed it on top of the bread. I understand everyone has a bad day from time to time. I worked retail for 25 years and customer service was always the NUMBER ONE priority. Will this gal's mood deter me from going here. Absolutely not. Jack's is a great locally owned business and we love going there”

“Some prices are a little high, but sometimes they have great sales and clearance deals. Use with Ibotta and you can't be at the value for sale items. Service is usually pretty good and employees aren't too hard to find.”

“Patience is what was required when ordering your personalized cakes, seems like there is always new staff that's just figuring it out but the cakes were beautiful and just as I had requested. No complaints”
“Okay, so the store itself is usually a little messy, which is totally understandable because they are short staffed.Today, I called to see if they had Theraflu because my mom and I are very sick. The woman on the phone not only found it, she went through all the different kinds with me over the phone, and brought it to the counter for my husband to pick up for me. That was outstanding, she was so nice and wished me well.”

“This review is specifically for the pickup workers. I strictly only do pickup because of autoimmune issues I struggle with in big public spaces. ALL of the pickup employees are absolutely amazing and hardworking. A few days ago a worker had to go home and I was told they got a new updated system that day so everything was crazy. Even with all that, they did an absolutely amazing job catering to everyone and showing such kindness and amazing customer service!!”

“This is our 3rd year going to frank’s muth! We love getting a quick drink while my 9 year old son looks at all the fun souvenirs. This year was especially awesome due to our bartender Alex! He was such a joy to talk to. He told us about a greta van fleet store (we are big fans!) and just chatted about the town in general. He was kind and warm to an obnoxious little group of 4. And truly… we will continue coking back due to bartenders like him! Keep him around, franks! Alex FTW!!!”
