She definitely deserves some recognition. Also, Johnny was very kind and helpful in the back of the store when I asked him a question. “Tiara and Monica have the years of experience you hope for when going to a cellphone store with a problem. Tiara tirelessly worked on my problem and replaced my SIM card twice to see if that would fix the SOS issues on my mini iPhone 13. Once she knew my phone was unfixable and I didn't have the extended warranty, she gave me all of my options I needed to make the most fiscally responsible decision I could, at a time when I truly needed my phone to work and did not want nor plan for this surprise expense. I was literally there for hours, but both Tiara and Monica made it a very pleasant experience. I was heading to another Verizon store closer to my house and I turned around and went the opposite direction just to go to the Southfield store , because I have always had good experiences there and this was a problem that no ordinary sales/service person could address. The life stresses I am going through are trying enough.
After I chose to buy the iPhone 15, Monica made sure EVERYTHING was transferred over and working properly before I walked out that door.
I almost forgot, Tiara had a wonderful line she used when she was multitasking between me and other customers in a very busy store; "Work smarter, not harder!"
