The aisles are simple to navigate, and everything feels straightforward without being overwhelming. I also appreciate how affordable the prices are — it’s one of those places where you can shop mindfully and stay within budget. The produce section looked fresh, and the middle aisle always has interesting seasonal or household finds, which makes each visit a little different. Checkout was quick and efficient, and the overall experience felt smooth and convenient. “Dearborn Village Supermarket was so unbelievably gorgeous. ? My visit felt like cool shade on a hot summer's day. I felt like I stepped into a palace full of golden ornaments and decorations unique to Islamic/Arabic culture. Only Allah SWT can organize and clean up a place this perfect. The One True God truly inspires this grocery market. I ended up getting a much-needed pack of 40 bottles of water and Saudi date cakes. The cakes were absolutely delectable and super sweet, I even brought them to work to share. There were warm faces throughout the store, when a Yemeni smiles, I smile because the people are the best in the entire world. I love everything Yemeni, it is truly the highlight of my life every day and every night… Whatever you want, whatever you need, you can find it here. “This isn’t our usually Aldi but we were nearby and decided to try it. Some of the items we came for were pushed back on the shelf and there was no one to be found aside from the cashiers to help get them, so we left without everything we came for. There is no self-checkout, which is mildly annoying when all the other local Aldi stores seem to have them. There were two cashiers at one point but one had her light off, so we didn’t feel comfortable being “those people” and waited for the one cashier who had their light on, along with the rest of the shoppers.”
