“My go to grocery store! I have been shopping almost exclusively at Trader Joe’s since I moved out of my parents house. I adore the limited selection of products and simple layout compared to regular grocery stores. They do have very overpriced meats that are subpar in general- so I go elsewhere for that. But everything else is my favorite here. Very good customer service too! If you have your hands full with kids they always offer to help me shop and bring my groceries to the car. And just a very positive and upbeat attitude when you talk to anyone here- nation wide. I’ve never had a bad experience with a Trader Joe’s employee.”
“Love Trader Joes's! I live in Michigan I wish you had one on the east side like in St Clair Shores, Harrison Township, Sterling heights, etc. So I wouldn't have to drive 45 minutes to go to Trader Joe's.”
“First time in Gordon ever. Did not disappoint. Everything is bulk and affordable.. 24 bucks for 7lbs of cookie dough, 14.00 for a 3ft bag of popcorn, eggs by the case and jars of raw garlic... will absolutely be going back. Employees were very nice as well.”
“I was in the market for the first time yesterday. I am in several markets every day. I do a lot of shopping for bourbons. I spoke with the owner very knowledgeable guy. Excellent service, especially.seeing it's a very busy store at times and of course I went there during their busiest time still got excellent service. “Are you kidding me with this place? Saw it while I was driving home from a Detroit Tiger’s game and laughed at the name. Googled it and saw what it was!!! A few weeks later I finally made the trip out and spent close to $200 and everything was amazing. If it wasn’t so far I would have gone back the next day. The staff is nice, the selection is amazing, and the quality of the prepared in house dishes was excellent. I will recommend to everyone in search of delicious Korean and other Asian goods.”
“My father has been a long-time customer, and one of the managers, Giovanni, has converted me too. I went in looking for a gift for a friend, and Giovanni pin-pointed great selections for me based on the criterion I gave him. The owners have developed quite the network with distillers and other artisans to not only provide intimate knowledge on the products they sell, but to offer more exclusive and interesting products as well. They didn’t try to push the most expensive or flashiest bottle onto me, but directed me towards scotches and bourbons that were both within my budget as well as extraordinarily enjoyable. I will be returning soon.”

“Thor is my service dog first and he is working with me; yes it’s tough not to like him with his traits but please don’t ask stupid questions when you see a service dog. It interrupts him and also distracts me from my focus. Store looks great.”

“Gordon Food Service has some truly amazing employees! They went out of their way to help me find everything I needed, and even loaded hundreds of dollars’ worth of groceries into my truck — I didn’t have to lift a finger at the checkout. Their customer service is top-notch, and it really made my shopping experience feel effortless. My only small wish is that the fresh meat section was stocked a bit more consistently. Other than that, everything was awesome — great people and great service! ?”

“My favorite Mediterranean store: fresh veggies (best crunchy curly cakes) store-baked Iraqi bread (5/$2.50), olives, pickles, teas, tomato and pepper paste, roasted eggplant dip (my favorite brand Sera from Turkey), sweets, meats and frozen goods. For a small footprint store they have quite a lot. Cashiers are super friendly; parking right near the store. Come visit and you’ll get hooked:-)”

Big fresh produce area, a lot of party items, beer/wine etc. The meat department has a small but decent selection. Not the top place in the area for fish, but the steaks looked nice and the butcher section was well stocked with chicken, pork, beef.”
“This grocery store has a lot of fresh foods made in their deli. Everything is delicious. Their produce is always fresh and clean and the entire store is very clean. There are a lot of specialty food items I get here that I can't find anywhere else. This supermarket is my favorite in the area. If I ever have an issue here, the managers take care of it and make me feel special.”
