6281 Barney Rd, Traverse CityWe have used Tulmar for 8 or 9 years with two different poodles and 2 different cats. Grooming and boarding for each dog and just boarding for the cats. Heather is experienced and lovely. Her staff are nice too. Each of our poodles happily enter for their “spa” day. The only time I was disappointed in a cut was when they had to cut her shorter because it was best for the dog. What is best for the animal is always #1.

Dr Fain took the time to review both our dog’s veterinary history from out of state, made suggestions as to how we can move forward with different vaccines based on his experience in this area of the country, and helped us navigate some bloodwork results that needed treatment. His staff has made notes on every phone call and visit we’ve had, which he also took the time to review. I travel full time in an Airstream with my Border Collie and she became very sick with a parasite I'm assuming she picked up from some dirty water at a local dog park. Diarrhea and non stop vomiting. The Dr. recommended anti nausea, subcutaneous fluids and parasite antibiotics. Portia began feeling better very shortly. We then went to a vet the next morning for blood work etc... and she is now perfectly healthy. Very impressed with Bay Area!

Our other dog absolutely loves all of the staff here and is always very excited to see everyone.

You can tell they all have a passion for what they do! Recently, we called at the last minute for an unexpected trip and they worked hard to successfully accommodate him into an already busy schedule. While it doesn’t always work out this way we were grateful for the effort they always make for their customers and canine guests! We highly recommend Beau’s and wish we could keep them all for ourselves instead of telling the world about them, but seeing how happy our dog is when he goes there is worth sharing!!!!

I had the grilled turkey on jalapeño cheddar sour dough with a sugar free cold brew. Honestly the best food I’ve had locally in a while. 1,000% recommend trying at least once but I’ll be back since the menu is HUGE.

The cherry red wine with just hints of chocolate was some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. My mother is a huge lover of red wine and sadly I’ve forgotten which one and lost the label, but the dryer red wine made my family of bourbon drinkers actually start drinking wine. I had never seen my uncle drink wine in his life. I brought a few bottles as gifts for my mother an she kept for very special occasions and it was affordable, not a ridiculous price. All in all, my most memorable winery visit or any kind of alcohol, an I live near where theirs plenty of bourbon and whiskey tours, and of course wineries.

It’s rare to find a good breakfast place where the coffee is amazing, and this was it! My husband got the French Toast Latte and I got an iced latte with vanilla- both 10/10. I ordered a waffle, bacon and potatoes. My husband got an omelette, toast and fresh fruit. The showstopper? The homemade raspberry jam, wow. I complimented how great it was an our waitress went and grabbed me some to take some since they didn’t have it for sale (yet lol). Highly recommend!

When we came in Stephanie’s warmth, charm and friendliness met us at the door! She chatted with us about the restaurant and how it’s a product of her and her husband’s love for food. Everything is sourced from specific farmers so they know where all their ingredients are coming from! ? Our sever Vynessa ? was AMAZING, took great care of us, gave recommendations, chatted with us and poured love into her service! The food…. Holy smokes, it was so effing good! We had risotto, the flavors and textures just complemented each other perfectly, the best risotto I’ve ever had. The quiche was just as good and had great ingredients of rapini, sweet potato, broccoli, carmalized onions and more! We also had roasted potatoes and bacon sausage. We grabbed a scone and cinnamon roll to go, haven’t tried them at the time of posting this review. Please go here, support small, support local and have some of the best food of your life! P.S. it was so good, we went back the next day and it was just as wonderful! ?
