“Went into the Royal Oak Michigan store for wiper blades. The fella who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The computer was showing different sizes so he went outside and removed mine. Compared to the recommended ones and found I had the wrong size on the car. He went back out and installed them for me. A fine experience.”

Not just a very clean store, organized, friendly... but my friend and I were driving in the area had a wiper blade fly off in the rain that a dealership was paid for!Stop here, staff comes immediately out, neither of us have to do a thing - they installed the new one, and now almost 2 weeks later it is still attached.Won me over.”

“Stopped in today to get a check engine code after being turned down elsewhere. Glad auto zone turned me down though because Stan was so awesome, helped me out right away and set my mind at ease about the problem and its severity vs my two hour drive home. I unfortunately didn’t need to purchase anything but I’m sending every one I know on the east side to this store because a really nice guy took time out of his day to help me and did a great job!”
“All I can say is this place is great, the best battery hands down I could find anywhere price wise. As far as quality goes we will see. But their customer service is by far the best, they had a heck of a time getting my battery out and putting the new one in but they did it! Basically the battery had been in there for a long time and the nuts and bolts were pretty rusty. I would make this your first stop or phone call when looking for a new battery. I mean I paid half as much as what the cheapest battery I found at the big auto chain part stores. For a brand new battery.”

“Detroit Battery out here putting Auto Zone, O'Reilly & all others to shame when it comes to car batteries and brakes.... Batteries are $88 for any car with installation &117 brakes are the same...they do great work also glad I came across this business they get a 10 from me”

I have been shopping at Battery Giant since they opened, Having gotten to know the staff well as we were a new "green school" and recycling our batteries at their venue! Dave, Jim, Scott and Julie have shown EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I had purchased a rechargeable book light and the light had dimmed to a point that was un-usable. Dave and Julie replaced the light and made this lady very delighted!”

“This is one of my favorite locations. Recently when I needed parts for a brake job on a Journey, they had everything I needed and when I found I needed additional parts they were able to order and get for me the next day. Friendly and helpful staff here. Store well stocked and, in the event they do not have your part, they are pretty quick to get it ordered and in most cases to you within a day. They always have the oils and cleaners I need to maintain my vehicles as well. Thanks.”
