The IT department couldn't help him but he figured it out. He spent about 2 1/2 hours working with us and was very friendly. I cannot believe the patience he had. “We went to T-Mobile today, February 8, 2025 to get new phones.we are senior citizens. We saw the ad on television. Our sales person was Dylan. He was fantastic answered all of our questions. Made the transition from Verizon to T-Mobile very easy no stress and if I have any other questions about my phone, he will be the one that I go to.”

“I came to this location to see if I could bundle my internet with their mobile service to save some money. Previously had a T-Mobile phone plan. I was helped by employee David who was incredible when it came to saving me money while being proficient and professional. Not only did he get my internet cost lowered from $55/month to $45 /month BUT he got me their mobile unlimited plan for free for the first year on top of a free phone upgrade.

Almost sounds too good to be true, but the new phone (Galaxy A16) has been great, and I've double checked my billing statements. It's all true. I believe once my free year is up on mobile it'll be $40/month, which is still not bad at all.

I see some other reviews griping about the wait times and whatever else, but it isn't that bad. Folks just lack patience.”

“I need to return my old phones for trade-in. I had mistakenly put the return labels on the pouches, not the box. A nice man helped me get them all repackaged so I just had to drop them off at the UPS store. He was great. Another lady was there, maybe the manager, but she was a little short and snippy. She helped, but I felt like I was bothering her. I was extra polite and she then seemed fine. Maybe it was me? I would recommend stopping in if you need help. They know their business!”

“I am not comfortable giving recognition to T-Mobile due to the difficulties I have faced in dealing with their corporate practices. Every month for the past four months, I have had to spend several hours readjusting my phone bill after being overcharged. Despite assurances that this issue would be resolved, it persists, and I am forced to invest significant time in rectifying the situation.

However, I would like to commend one of the in-store representatives who provided valuable assistance. When I informed him about returning a phone to Assurion, which they claimed not to have received, he advised me not to pay my bill. This was crucial information as T-Mobile was threatening to disconnect my service if I did not pay the additional $500 charge for the supposedly unreturned phone. Thanks to this representative's intervention, I was able to avoid paying for a service I had not received.

I appreciate his assistance and believe he deserves recognition for his customer-centric approach. If I discover his name, I will gladly share it as a testament to his exceptional service.

TMOBILE GETS 0☆'s for their strong arm tactics and overcharging customers continuously mostly without their knowledge. This company runs on scams, and soon I'll no longer be a customer, something I recommend to everyone with service through these corporate criminals.”

“Helpful staff. They have the accessories and phones you want at a steep price. I should clarify the accessories are heavily marked up. Phones are phones, we know what we're buying. If you know what phone you plan on buying, buy your case and screen protector off Amazon. 60 dollars for a screen protector is wild.”

“When I first walked into this Xfinity location I was greeted with a polite smile and hello from Taylor (very bright and beautiful) I had a lot of accounts on my address and needed help with making sure they were cancelled and I wasn’t paying the wrong bill. I was helped by a guy with pretty eyes and amazing black curly hair(i apologize that I don’t remember your name) I couldn’t get my Xfinity app to work he helped me get that together back up and running correctly and he reviled to me that I was getting spam emails from a fake email… thank you so very much. Taylor helped me discover that I was not wrong about everything that was going on with my account. This team of professionals helped me feel welcomed, helped me every step of the way, made me feel like coming back and referring others to get serviced by them. Thank you all so much for everything.”

We've had Xfinity for years now, and even though we moved a few more miles further in the last 2 years, we take our time to drive all the way here because of the great consistency of positive experience we receive everytime we visit for any issues and/or concerns regarding our internet and mobile services.

She seemed like she might be a little bit new but she KNEW what she was talking about. If she didn't know what she was talking about she was able to find the answer independently. She fixed my watch5 in just a few minutes. Then I switch to conversation to Verizon internet and she was able to tell me that it's in the area but it is not yet up in Alpena Michigan where I live.”

“We went in to upgrade my daughter's phone. We walked out with two new phones, a new line of aervice and a lower monthly payment than we have been paying. I don't know how but the employee was able to find deals that I was not aware of. I was going to upgrade her phone through the app but I am glad I did not! The employees were professional and courteous and told me to always come to a store before upgrading. From now on I will heed their advice.”
