The IT department couldn't help him but he figured it out. He spent about 2 1/2 hours working with us and was very friendly. I cannot believe the patience he had. “I came into this T-Mobile store today feeling frustrated after trying to cancel my account over the phone without getting the help I needed. From the moment I walked in, though, Camry completely turned my experience around.

She greeted me with kindness, listened patiently as I explained the situation, and immediately took ownership of the problem. Instead of rushing through the process, she made sure I understood every step. Canceling a phone line can be confusing, but Camry explained everything clearly and professionally so there were no surprises.

What impressed me most was her dedication. She spent nearly an hour on the phone with customer service advocating for me and making sure everything was handled correctly. At no point did she seem impatient or distracted — she was calm, thorough, and genuinely committed to helping me. That level of customer care is rare, and it absolutely deserves recognition.

Customer service like this is what keeps people loyal to a brand. Even though I was there to cancel my account, Camry made such a positive impression that I left feeling valued and respected rather than stressed. She represents T-Mobile exceptionally well.

“I wanted to share my experience at this location. 2 days ago, I went in and the Manager Sam who was so kind in getting a temporary phone of mine running because my phone just arbitrarily stopped working . After I rec'd my new phone direct from T Mobile, I went to another location & had a terrible experience. The next day I (evening after work) I was on the phone w/TMobile & Apple back & forth for 4 hours & they couldn't get it activated. I felt defeated - today as a last resort, I decided to go back to see Sam hoping he could help me. Unfortunately, he was off but I was greeted by Mario. Let me tell you, Mario was absolutely nothing short than extraordinary. Within 10 minutes, he had my new phone activated then he felt so bad because of the experience I had, he figured a way to get my old phone running by charging it on a flat charger (not using the port) and it worked!! He kept the afternoon and when I picked it up after work, it was successfully fully charged!! He did that so I could could back up all my data to my new phone. It's people like him that make this world a better place. Hats off to his parents for raising such a wonderful individual. God Bless you Mario! And Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!! ?”

“I was up there earlier today, and this store was pretty awesome. John and Jay both immediately acknowledged me when I came in, and let me know I'd be helped soon, despite both helping other customers. I worked with John and he was amazing at answering my questions, relating to my issues with the service, and telling me exactly what I needed to do to accomplish what I was attempting to do. I got my new phone, my questions answered about switching over a second phone, and left extremely satisfied. Definitely go here over the location on Harper and 11 Mile, it's worth it.”

“I am not comfortable giving recognition to T-Mobile due to the difficulties I have faced in dealing with their corporate practices. Every month for the past four months, I have had to spend several hours readjusting my phone bill after being overcharged. Despite assurances that this issue would be resolved, it persists, and I am forced to invest significant time in rectifying the situation.

However, I would like to commend one of the in-store representatives who provided valuable assistance. When I informed him about returning a phone to Assurion, which they claimed not to have received, he advised me not to pay my bill. This was crucial information as T-Mobile was threatening to disconnect my service if I did not pay the additional $500 charge for the supposedly unreturned phone. Thanks to this representative's intervention, I was able to avoid paying for a service I had not received.

I appreciate his assistance and believe he deserves recognition for his customer-centric approach. If I discover his name, I will gladly share it as a testament to his exceptional service.

TMOBILE GETS 0☆'s for their strong arm tactics and overcharging customers continuously mostly without their knowledge. This company runs on scams, and soon I'll no longer be a customer, something I recommend to everyone with service through these corporate criminals.”

“We went in to upgrade my daughter's phone. We walked out with two new phones, a new line of aervice and a lower monthly payment than we have been paying. I don't know how but the employee was able to find deals that I was not aware of. I was going to upgrade her phone through the app but I am glad I did not! The employees were professional and courteous and told me to always come to a store before upgrading. From now on I will heed their advice.”
