It was great that I got in right away without a wait! But even with $800 towards my phone trade in I was at 109 per month and I was only at 45 per month at Xfinity. Think I'm staying with Xfinity!

I walked into the store beyond upset with the service provider I had at the current time. Carols was amazing, he listened to me rant about T-mobile and helped me get 2 brand new iPhone 15’s out the door. I went to this corporate Verizon store because after 5 days and 3 hours with technical support I got nowhere.Lydia worked with me and resolved my issues very quickly. I will state it in my 20 plus years of working with Verizon she was the most knowledgeable and helpful person I've ever dealt with. 04.19.2023
