“Lucian is a TRUE breath of fresh air, amidst this lackluster , he was certain Boost, where a great guy was there then turned it over to a very bad guy, who wouldn't bad guy as far as customer service, It didn't take me long to switch over to Boost. Lucian truly stands out as a model example of customer service, he was very kind, always informs ppl of how things where things how things are going, and modest as well, then he informed me that he only wants him he only works there 2 days a month!! He's too humble of a guy to say more but it's the first time I've been there, so I can't compare him to others who work there and I don't him personally ,but I was happy to have accidentally come on one of his days , I want Lucian to get special recognition for how he treated me , another Spanish guy ,and and another older gentleman , I pay attention to detail...and I could go on - but I'll leave it there - outstanding !!! 5 stars all the way!!”

“I was having problems with my modem, and my usual Metro Store was closed. My next door neighbor also needed something. The person working the counter was quite knowledgeable, and was able to provide myself and my neighbor deals on our modems. On the sales receipt it gives the name "Benignity". I will probably start doing all the business with my Metro account at this location.”
“We were in the area from out of town and my husbands phone stoped working. We were waiting on by Sam. He was wonderful. He found the issue right away. He was very careful and asked lots of questions to help him find the issue. Unfortunately he was not able to fix it and we had to get him another phone. Sam was very helpful and asked what his needs were and he was able to pick a new phone. I was even able to get my phone screen repaired there. All for a very good price. The service and knowledge of the staff is wonderful . We will definitely return if in the area if we need phone help.”

“Will is the man! I'm not exaggerating when I say that his knowledge and persistence when helping me solve an issue with Cricket customer service saved me hours of time and hundreds of dollars. Frankly I may have left Cricket Wireless entirely if I hadn't been lucky enough to deal with a pro like Will. It's worth noting that while working with me he managed to also talk a guy into joining Cricket and hooked him up with a new phone. Take care of this man.
