“Lucy was extremely helpful in setting up my lease agreement, assisting with the locks, and she personally showed me how to use the gate keypad and took me to the unit I rented. This was after the call center woman completely messed up my lease info, getting my address information completely wrong so I couldn’t electronically sign without getting it fixed.
